Dr. Patel was my surgeon and he was awesome. He explained very clearly everything that he was going to do and then when he was done he explained next steps. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Also, the ladies on staff were kind and very professional. I highly recommend CCOFS!

Everyone working at this facility (University) is super friendly and and caring. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Patel and the treatment was outstanding!! He communicated effectively, understood my personal needs and showed that he takes pride on what he does. He's extremely knowledgeable!! I'll definitely recommend this facility and/or doctor to everyone... Best experience ever!!

Hands down, best doctor goes to Dr. Franco! Loved how everything was explained thoroughly to both my parents & I about my procedure. Front desk staff and the assistants were amazing and very caring. They asked multiple times if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable the day of my surgery.

Dr Patel thoroughly explained the xrays and procedure to us. The iteration went well and we were given everything we needed to manage the next week or so. All of the personnel were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly putting us at ease. It went better than expected considering it involved surgery. We thank the whole staff!

There was some miss communication on the whole scheduling I had to pretty much prove with the text message that I was there for a extraction not a " orientation " then the Dr didn't fill out the script properly so had to go all way to the CVS get told they couldn't fill it came all the way back he filled it out the way CVS said got my stuff filled oh and the Dr was not cover my medicade and I was told on the phone they took medicade and the Dr's did as well when I first made the appointment. Staff was nice but the Dr I feel rushed cause his staff had miss communication and I feel the whole I'm hurting and you miss write the script then we have to back track cause of that and I couldn't even get a numbing shot or anything for the pain cause the stuff I had been given was wore off and I was hurting badly. I also had to end up paying out of pocket money I actually needed for groceries just to get my script so this whole experience was mixed for me . I would go here again in a pinch if I had to but probably would if I had the time find some place else that wouldn't rush me in and out and just make the experience miserable for me also add on that I've got health and shoulder issues and was all ready in pain before having teeth pulled . I give this place 2 stars cause of the miscommunication the stress of me in pain with a script that wasn't fill out properly and having to pay out of pocket cause the Dr I was told was cover by medicade for scripts wasn't. Beside that yhe staff was nice the place was clean but still so much wrong my first experience was mixed and definitely not smooth . But at least the teeth that needed to be extracted got extracted still in pain doing what was given to me on the sheet of paper when I left so here's to hoping the pain ease off and everything heals well.

Dr Patel and his staff were amazing! I elected to be put to sleep for teeth removal due to a long standing fear of dentists. I was immediately made to feel at ease and they were top notch and professional from the start. I was given very specific after care directions and they called to check on me later that day. I had little to no pain after multiple teeth being removed. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Be careful with this place, the staff doesn't know about agreements insurance has with this provider, they won't hesitate to rip-off your pocket before give you the treatment, when I took mine, it looked like I didn't have medical insurance, at the end they had to pay me back the 90 % , the other 10 is uncertain now, their billing department is more difficult to find than the US army had to find osama bin laden.. Doctors are okay, this review is just because the office ladies have 0 knowledge, 100 lack of sensibilities.

Dr. Sarav Patel showed a genuine care of dental issue. He treated me as a human and not number. I was hesitant because the level of service I received from my 2nd at the university location was unacceptable. Going forward I'll request Dr. Patel.

My son had to have oral surgery to get his adult tooth extracted from behind the front teeth do we could attach it to the braces to straighten it out. It was his first time with surgery and anesthesia. He came out of it well and no pain afterward.

I had put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for 15+ years until this year. I was extremely nervous going for my consult, but as soon as I walked through the door, I felt comfortable. Dr. Franco and his staff were phenomenal. I couldn't have picked a better office and doctor for the procedure. I 10/10 recommend Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery for your oral surgery needs.
