I had the best experience for my wisdom teeth surgery. Ramona was very sweet and informative. Dr Farrell was great as well.

SCAM ALERT. I had a 10:45am appointment at this office. I was not seen until exactly 11:45am (which clearly was purposely planned) being that the dentist came in for 2 mins MAX to ask if I wanted my tooth to be pulled today. After another employee came in to show me the price which I could not afford $2500 to pull out one wisdom tooth. Besides that they try to charge $200 for an office visit in which I WAS NEVER ACTUALLY SEEN. It literally was a whole scam. I've never been to a doctors appt of any kind and waited an hour to be seen for 2 mins then get billed $200. I will be fighting this. YOU CAN NOT GET AWAY WITH TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO YOU ARE AWARE DONT HAVE HEALTH/DENTAL COVERAGE. Disgusting

I had an excellent experience having a saliva gland removed. It was done with no pain and everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr Farrell is an great oral surgeon.

So I came in July 22 to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted and also another tooth that had a bad cavity by Dr. Ferrell. I was told that I had an infection but wasn't prescribed any type of antibiotic as they stated they wanted to see if it would go away on its own. A week later I called in to ask again if any antibiotics could be prescribed as I was still in pain. I was given the same statement again "they were waiting to see if it goes away on its own." Aug 16 I woke up and my entire right face was swole like a tennis ball so I called in to let them know and once again was told "That is normal if you still are swole or feel pain after 12 weeks then call us back." Later that afternoon I had a fever and I couldn't open my mouth and the pain was unbearable as I couldn't sleep that night either. I called in and because I said I had a fever then I was allowed to come in and see someone. The good news I saw another Dr. His name was Dr. Muhammad he was great he stated I needed to have my cheek drained and because it was swole so bad and the pain was horrible I had to be sedated again. I was also told an antibiotic was supposed to be prescribed based on the condition of that other tooth by 2 different people in the office including the doctor. I'm upset for the simple fact I had to pay another $1000 today to get this done all because an antibiotic wasn't prescribed the very first time I went in. I would like the company to take care of this bill as the job wasn't done properly. I will update my review if the company does something about the bill I shouldn't have had to pay.

I am a RN, and former CDA who worked in oral surgery for several years. My son needed double jaw surgery but had to have nearly 5 years of orthodontics prior to surgery, and the orthodontics could not be started until his jaws completed their full growth (around age 19 1/2 years old). I had always hoped a surgeon I formerly worked for would be able to do his surgery. Unfortunately, by the time my son was ready, Dr. Robert Herrin, DDS, MD, was no longer performing this type of surgery. When we met Dr. Ferrell for the first time, I was completely at ease and so was my son. He was so professional and seemed completely confidant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done after only the first visit. On the day of his surgery, as a mother I was nervous but knew that Sebastian was in good hands. He had no complications and came home with me the same day. Recovery was difficult but he did not have a single surgical complication. I would recommend him to anyone who asked for my opinion. SLM

I've got 2 types of visits for which to give reviews. First I see Dr. Reitter for my TMJ and he has changed my life. I called and my insurance covers Botox every 3 months for a year to help with the grinding and clenching that I have done for so long that I cracked my first tooth! Call your insurance and ask about coverage and go see Dr. Reitter. You don't have to suffer. And next review goes to Dr. Farrell and his nurse Ramona. My 17 yo son had his wisdom teeth removed and it went so well. I have to give Ramona a special review because she made my son laugh and he kept talking about how wonderful she was before and after the procedure. It's a great practice and you can tell by the staff that they have a very good work environment.

I would like to start off by saying I had a beyond amazing experience. Dr Muhammad and his team go above and beyond to make sure you're okay and happy. He changed my life for ever in the best way it could be. My nurse Jessica made me feel so comfortable and we enjoyed a few laughs that made me feel so relaxed. We were talking next thing I know I was at the car but I didn't feel a thing. One of the best experience I have had with a Dr. And his 5 star team. Thank you all so much you have some of the best people I have encountered in a long time. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about you all look forward to send more people to Oral & Facial Surgery on Billingsley Rd suite 105.

I was really nervous because I haven't had a teeth pulled in years. I was supposed to get two wisdom teeth pulled but I was just to nervous. Dr. Waheed Mohamed was excellent. He didn't take anytime getting my one wisdom teeth out. He made me fill comfortably and I will be back to get my last one out very soon. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The office is very clean

Dr. Mohamed and his staff gave me excellent care. Jessica prepped me for the procedure and was very caring. She was with me until she wheeled me to my car. Dr Mohamed has a good rapport with his staff and I felt I was in very good hands. There was another assistant in the room, but I can't remember her name and she contributed to my excellent care. Look forward to my follow up visits.

What a wonderful and caring staff. I am not a fan of going to the dentist for an extraction but, they make it so easy. I would ABSOLUTELY refer them to anyone who is afraid of oral surgery. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I had been having pain for weeks to the point I couldn't sleep or even function really. I called Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery. They got me in on a Wednesday and my surgery to have my tooth pulled was schedule for that Friday. I was sooooo happy for the quick turn around time. The surgery went great, the dentist and his staff made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had going forward. I hope I won't need anymore teeth pulled but if I do I will definitely be going back to Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery.
