We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies recommendations.

Dr. Morgan Spicer was born in Bellbrook, OH where she received her Bachelors of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University before attending Indiana University School of Dentistry to receive her Doctor or Dental Surgery(DDS).
Upon graduation, she moved to South Carolina in 2020. She is new to the Columbia community and is excited to meet you! She is dedicated to helping patients make informed decisions in order to achieve their oral health goals. Dr. Spicer is an active member of the American Dental Association and South Carolina Dental Association.
Outside of Carolina Smiles, Dr. Spicer enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Greenwood, fishing and boating. She spends most of her time with her bloodhound puppy, Pflueger backpacking, running and doing anything outdoors.
