Hello I started coming in this Dentist Practice in 2021. I am a Cancer Survivor and I am no longer working my past Dentist I couldn't afford. If you are looking for Luxury go get a room! These Dentists are doing a great job in the time that they have! I am very grateful for the work and the price that they do it for, Please be careful of how you treat these Drs. I had extractions and a partial and was treated with nothing but care and kindness!!! Maybe the lobby does need a little TLC, but it does not define their care for you.

A friend recommended this place to me, as I had a toothache that felt like the equivalent to being hit by a train. I was in and out in less than an hour! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the prices won't empty your bank account. Definitely going to continue my dental care here!

Have a 3 only because you cannot call and make appointment. Phone is constantly busy, I think off the hook!!! Not Good!

My mother went to have a few extractions and get same day dentures...while she was in the back, she was texting me how the dentist was yanking her jaw around and the nurse was even shocked at that...well a month later after seing 2 other dentists, she is now having to have surgery to repair the damage done to her jaw from the extractions. Both dentists agree the damage was due to negligence by the dentist who did the extractions.

The doctors are nice but the staff needs work hung up on me told me medicine would be ready and its a day later I work too i do not foget the mist important which is the people i get the nessage take my business elsewhere rhank you

Staff is rude. Lobby is dirty and crowded, explained we had been waiting 2.5 hours after driving 2 hours to get here. Don't waste your money or time.

Carolina Regional is absolutely the most absurd dental office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only are the lobby and patient restrooms filthy. They way they treat their patients is worse than a cattle farm. The staff is rude. My fiance was told arrive at 7 a.m. on a Friday morning, we arrived on time. Sat in the lobby 2.5 hours before they called him back. To be told to come back the following Monday at 8:30, again arrived on time. To be told no record of appt come back at 2:00. At 4:00 I inquired with the receptionist to see if he was ok and doing well to which her reply was and I quote, you would know if he wasn't because you'd see an ambulance pull in. That's when I lost it, this is the absolute most absurd dentist office. Do yourself a favor, tie a string to your tooth and pull it yourself. You'll get better results.

I am giving everyone a fair warning to not waste your time with this business. And end up making the same mistake I made by giving them a chance and waiting in lobby 5 hours and just finally deciding to leave. The staff is rude . The lobby is crowded and its not clean. The carpets have big nasty stains everywhere . And it does not smell good inside there. Clearly the owner doesnt care about the facility or take pride in the work being done there. I could see them out of business before too long

Absolutely love this place!!! All the doctors are respectful and understand your feelings! All the other staff will treat you kindly if YOU treat them nice.

Shouting praises for Dr Perry and his amazing dental assistants Olivia and Ashley. Due to surgery I have a uneven bite and was told I may never be able to wear dentures. Dr Perry was amazing and I am completely satisfied.

I had a crown done here ... i have been in agonizing pain ! No I did not pay for the crown in full and I absolutely refuse to do so when it is killing me !! I called and asked to be seen over it as in if my crown was fixed and addressed as it should be I would have paid in full at the time of service! The office Manager calls me out in front of about 10 people and starts to blur out my personal business right in front of everyone. Which was very rude and disrespectful! Mind you I have a broken ankle in a wheel chair and he's setting there telling all my business a loud ! The front desk and the people that answer the phone are pure smart elics! No compassion! Had a dental restoration filling on top and that tooth is killing me as well my insurance paid in full for ! Asked for it to be looked at and fixed and they wouldn't ! Because I had a balance for a tooth that has throbbed and hurt for 3 weeks now ! Seriously?! Gonna take my insurance money for a filling above the crown and tell me that you aren't gonna fix it ? How is that possible? Take money from my insurance to fill my tooth and then I'm having problems with it and they won't fix it ! It's ok because I will never be back again ! Worst densit office I ever been to ! I would not recommend this place to anyone ! The office manger is terribly rude .... He treats his staff and patients with total disrespect not professional at all .. I would steer clear of this place I have never had any problems with my teeth until I went here I will never go back and I would advise others not to as well

Nobody ever answers the phone I swear I've been calling for 2 weeks to reschedule a appt for a cleaning that was supposed to be scheduled for end of May... Crazy that you have to wait 3 months for a cleaning

I was a walk in patient, was seen and treated same day. Had 9 teeth extracted and a immediate upper denture made. Amazing staff will only ever recommend this office to friends and family

These people are have always been slow and rude but they are pretty cheap. That's why I went but would not recommend.

I really just don't understand why every person who wants extractions has to show up between 7&8 instead of just scheduling appointments through out the day. Some people don't have time to sit at the dentists office all morning as people just pour in. I totally understand emergencies happen, but being here for a whole hour in the waiting room while other people just "drop in" doesn't make any sense to me at all. The doctors are wonderful, hopefully they can get some better front desk staff asap. Edit* these receptionists can't seem to do their job right either. Over booking apps and making it harder on the actual doctors to do their jobs.

My name is Zachary Holloman (hopeful this will reach the owner) and I had a root canal in December of 2021. Off of the bat my tooth was hurting, but I thought it was normal until the pain was unbearable and I went to the ER on December 31 around 11 50pm. The doctors gave me medication for the pain, however, when i tried to schedule A appointment because apparently my root canal was only part 1, of two, but they never answered my calls or called me. Here I sit on March 7th, almost three months after the root canal, with a bubble of pus in my mouth and struggling with pain. I only ask for the dentist to finish my root canal. Update: The dentist reached out and fixed the issue.

Don't waste your time going to these people, they are a bunch of money hungry freaks!!! Evidently, Dr. Jed P. Tepper, SR thinks he's one of GOD'S disciple's and can tell people that GOD didn't intend for a person to have dentures (Craziest thing I have ever heard) If you have any common sense you would not go to this dentist!!
