When visiting our brand new office, patients can rest assured we have taken every precaution above and beyond the standard requirements to provide a clean environment. These efforts include ongoing surface disinfecting, hospital-grade instrument sterilization, staff screening, and UV light sterilizers in the HVAC and air purification systems.
Using the latest technology, our digital impressions offer the most accurate crowns, veneers, and dentures available today. Combined with our in-office milling station, most procedures can be completed in the same visit.
Digital radiographs provide the lowest radiation dose and our 3D cone beam CT scanner offers the greatest accuracy for diagnosing dental conditions. Another advantage is the immediate availability of your x-ray images for review during your visit.
Combining digital scans of your teeth with your digital x-ray images enables us to design and fabricate the most accurate fitting crowns, nightguards, bleaching trays, and athletic mouthguards in our in-office laboratory.
Dr. Andrew Bellebaum is a Lowcountry native. He was born and raised in Summerville. After attending Bishop England High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. Immediately upon graduation, Dr. Bellebaum was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. While serving in the Navy, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and served two years onboard the USS Carter Hall based in Norfolk, VA. He then returned home to the Charleston area and was stationed at Naval Health Clinic Charleston for two years. Following his service in the Navy, Dr. Bellebaum joined Kingstree Family Dentistry.
Dr. Bellebaum has a passion for treating patients to help them achieve the best possible oral health. He is devoted to clinical excellence; completing over 250 hours of continuing education. Dr. Bellebaum is a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, and Spear Education. He has a special interest in digital dentistry, which involves digital intraoral scanning, 3D cone beam technology, and 3D printing.
While in dental school, Dr. Bellebaum married his high school sweetheart, Beth, who is also a Lowcountry native. They have two boys, Cord and Fritz. They reside in the Carolina Park neighborhood, and enjoy spending their time outdoors and on the water.

I was looking for dentist for my yearly cleaning, I reached out to make sure my insurance would cover my preventative care and mentioned a few times that I just got dental insurance specifically in hopes of saving money, The response I got was very optimistic snd lead me to believe it would be covered. In the process of getting my teeth cleaned my retainer was broken. I missed out on pay as I had to cancel several appointments with my own patients and had to go to orthodontist twice related to this issue. I was hoping to find a good reliable dentist in area that took my insurance. I was very surprised to get additional large bill after giving my insurance and paying after my visit. This has been a very negative experience all around for me and my experience with the staff as a whole had left a lot to be desired. I won't be recommending this office to friends or neighbors.

Our family has moved 17 times in the last 10 years for my husbands job and this is by far the most competent, kind and caring medical office of any kind we've ever been to. The care is simply exceptional. My kids actually look forward to their appointments. Karen always does an amazing job at making everyone feel comfortable and happy!

Carolina Park Family Dentistry has the best staff. I've lived in other states and countries worldwide, and I've never come across a company with amazing people like this. Each of them plays a massive role at CPFD. Dr. Bellebaum, Leslie, and Karen honestly made you feel at ease and welcomed. You have questions. They have answers. Dr. Bellebaum did a fantastic job with my surgery, and Leslie and Karen both comforted me the whole time I was there. They honestly need more than 5-star ratings with the outstanding jobs they do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God knew to put them three together to make that fantastic team. I have so much gratitude for these beautiful people.

Our entire family had a great experience at Carolina Park Family Dentistry! The reception area is very comfortable and modern. The staff made us feel very welcome at check in and bringing us back for our cleanings. Dr. Bellebaum was extremely thorough with each of our family members, made sure we were comfortable during our visit and answered any questions we had.
