Had my wisdom teeth pulled out and I thought I was gonna keep them I wanted to see but it's ok I felt very comfortable I was panicking I felt like I was gonna pass out but I closed my eyes and it felt like a blink when I opened them we were done it was very fast healing really fast I love it would recommend my siblings here

Staff is Amazing Excellent customer service I definitely had anxiety today but they made me feel comfortable I got sedated and everything worked out.

(While reading this review think of jeopardy music it makes it better ) Well the wait time here is not acceptable in any dimension or multi-verse, if I knew my time wasn't valued I wouldn't have come here. I had to drive a hour to be here, then I had to wait 56 mins in just the lobby then we had to sit and sit and sit. Legend has it we are still waiting. Good lord since others have said something about wait times in other reviews and it appears they can't do anything about it. How about putting a full size skeleton fully dressed looking at a watch in the lobby. Now that would make things funny. They make you watch a little video on the topic of why you are here and of course no popcorn SAD face! It's not a bad place just know you are on there time not yours. Staff and doctors do seem nice. I am sure they get the job done.. time. Lots of time will tell

I cannot say enough about the staff here. From start to finish was A+ treatment. I have a tough time getting numb for teeth extractions. They assured me that they would make sure I was numb or I would be sedated. They made me feel cared for and I am so appreciative. The dentist is scary enough but to be made to feel like you are being taken care of is top notch!! Highly recommend if you have anxiety or you are tough to get numb.

Dr. Burtner is the best oral surgeon ever!! He has taken out my upper and lower teeth, done alveoplasty and implants. Each time I only had local anesthesia. I had absolutely no pain through any of this. During surgery, they put on music appropriate for your age. I loved it - very helpful. Dr. Burtner's assistants and the reception staff are exceptional!! I highly recommend them.

I am grateful for getting in same day. I had a bad infection and I was able to get my extractions done. One being a wisdom tooth. The process went so fast. I am pregnant so I was unable to get as much numbing medication as someone who is not pregnant, but even with the amount give it was still painless. Everyone was kind and generous, explained everything in detail for me. Was very grateful for the time and care.

I called on a Tuesday the staff scheduled consultation same day and surgery 2 days later. I have MAJOR anxiety and from the first phone call i was taken care of by awesome staff. She was able to get me in right away and made the insurance process so smooth. Dr. Wegner and his staff is by far the best dentist I've ever experienced. The nurse who kept me calm prior to surgery was AMAZING!!! They're all so caring, personable and shows genuine concern for their patients. Awesome awesome experience for someone with dental anxiety such as myself!!! Thank you all!

I went to Dr. Burtner right after their lunch break (1-2 pm) and asked if they could pull two teeth that had abscessed. I was happy that he was able to work me in right away. After giving me about 3-4 shots of novocaine, Which did hurt because of the infection but was also very necessary, I never even felt the teeth being extracted. He provided me with proper prescriptions of a small amount of pain killer and Amoxicillin to get rid of the infection. A week later, and I experienced very little pain the first day and my infection is gone. His nurse even made sure to pat my shoulder during the injections, to help calm me down from that 30-second pain.

They are so nice and friendly. I had so much anxiety and the dental assistant talked to me and calmed my nerves. The Dr. was awesome. He explained everything in great detail, knew what he was doing, did a good job. I will return for future dental work. This is the kind of customer service/bedside manner that all offices should have!
