Simply outstanding. Very welcoming admin staff. Have used Carolina Oaks in TR for 2 years now. Went in for a crown today and was not looking forward to it. But Dr Maxwell and the tech, Ashley, both did an outstanding job! I have zero soreness hours after the procedure! Thanks so much Adhley and Dr Maxwell!

I just recently moved to the Greenville area and needed to find a new dentist. I am happy to say that my choice of the Carolina Oaks Dental Care practice was a great one. Working with the office manager, Lori was a very pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable and personable. My hygienist, Michelle was also very pleasant and professional. Dr. Coleman was very friendly and impressive. I am delighted with the care I received here.

I highly recommend Carolina Oaks to others out there looking for a new dentist! Everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in and until the time you leave! The office is very relaxing, smells good, and they always have the best music and tv shows playing too! Lori is very helpful when scheduling your appointment. She was able to take all of my insurance information over the phone and knew exactly what my insurance may or may not cover before I even stepped in the door. She made it so easy! Marie, is by far best hygienist ever! She is so gentle, yet thorough, while cleaning your teeth! She is very bubbly and makes your cleaning appointments fun! Dr. Coleman is great too! He's very friendly and highly knowledgeable! He's great at making your dental appointment not so "scary"! He talks you through everything during your appointment, from beginning to end! It's nice knowing what is happening in your your mouth when you can't for yourself what's going on. He and his assistant are a great team and work diligently together. Since becoming a patient here I have been so pleased with everyone there. And I love going to the dentist now!!

Our family started going to Carolina Oaks Dental of Travelers Rest over 3 years ago when my husband had a dental emergency. The care he received was excellent. The staff is extremely professional, yet they make you feel right at home. My husband does suffer from "White coat syndrome" and to see him so at ease sitting in a dental chair makes me realize we made the right choice by coming to Carolina Oaks Dental of TR.

My first visit was today with the outstanding staff at Carolina Oaks Dental. I love them! Unfortunately it was an emergency extraction. My dentist of 14+ years recently sold his practice and the new staff wouldn't help me. I called Carolina and WOW! They set me right up and got me taken care of. I'm lousy with names but from my first call I was THRILLED with the "Schedule Coordinator". She bent over backwards to get me in, get my xrays from the other practice and let me know what was going on every step of the way. It only got better when I arrived for my appointment. I was litterly greeted at the door and welcomed inside. All the staff was wonderfull and the dentist had a great chair side manner. Really concerned about my comfort during the extraction. Horrible experience. We are new to the area and I took myself and my 3 kids hoping to find a new dentist for our family. They broke my daughter's permanent retainer during the cleaning and they refuse to pay for any of the $250 it costs to replace it. They said a permanent retainer is not a long term solution and can happen anytime. I'm confused how "permanent" is not long term? I've had mine for 33 years, regularly see the dentist and never had it damaged or broken. They also called my previous dentist to get X-rays but neglected to tell me my previous dentist didn't send any and I would have to pay out of pocket to get them. Didn't find that out until I got their bill. Definitely don't recommend and will not go back.

Best Dental experience ever. Loved the hospitality from Lori when I walked in, she answered every question so kindly and helped me tremendously. Dr. Coleman and Ilissa were amazing when replacing my crown. This is truly the best experience I've had at a dentist and I'm terrified of going to dentists. The environment felt so comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend.

First time visiting and had a wonderful experience! Dr Coleman was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job with replacing my bonding and I was so happy to confidently smile again! No pain, no waiting time today, stress-free, and sanitary rules in place for covid. Staff and hygienist were very friendly and I received a quick pre-estimate before I said yes to any work. Honest, friendly, and professional dentistry, and I highly recommend Dr Coleman and his staff! So glad to have found a great dental group in the TR area!
