Excellent staff very friendly and always willing to answer questions. I've had numerous procedures through the years at different towns and by far you will get the best care here and the bonus is they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this office.

I went yesterday and got a couple implants done around 2:00pm I was nervous at first but the staff made me feel like I was home, when doctor daily numbed my mouth I felt no pain and I was awake now that's interesting it's 5:30 am I woke up to use the bathroom and still NO PAIN I had to give a review asap LOL, I love these ppl there the best professional dentistry I ever met and not only did they fix my teeth but they help me save A LOT of money, I prey God bless this company for helping people but after healing I will be able to smile again.. YAYYYY

I was very apprehensive about getting an implant not only due to the cost but the possible pain. From the start Williams, Daily & Frazier have been fantastic. Their staff has put me at ease plus they state of the art technology and have never asked me for a penny more than my original quote. The process was virtually pain free and their concern for my comfort was a top priority. I highly recommend them.

First time coming here in search of dental implants that are good quality, affordable, and done by a qualified dentist. I lost 3 molars and need to be able to chew my food properly. Autumn got my scans done and Dr. Daily came in to explain the process. Using the digital guide, he explained each implant, what to expect and what may be needed, such as bone grafts or sinus lifts. The digital guide shows how the implants will fit into my bone. Very helpful for me to see it myself so I know what to expect. Autumn printed out the pricing of everything needed or possibly needed. Risks were also explained. Autumn and Dr. Daily were very professional and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and confident with this process. Highly recommended to ones seeking dental care that is expensive elsewhere.

My experience started with Dr. Frazier for extraction and then transitioned to Dr. Daily for the implants. Their customer service is first rate. Everyone in the practice is very friendly and they do a superb job of explaining what is happening, every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice as their customer service and their pricing for their services is fantastic.

I needed an implant and got a consultation from a recommended Dr. The price was very high. (I've also had in implant in the past). After getting the estimate, I heard a radio ad for Carolina Implant. The price was very attractive and less than half of the estimate I got from my referral. I worried that the service and or the crown would be less than great. I was wrong. The service and the end result was nothing short of amazing. The office team is top notch. The explanation of what to expect was spot on and the final crown was a perfect match in color and in fit. The process was virtually pain free. Dr. Daily has created a great business model and for once in my life, a low price did not mean sacrificing quality. Quite the opposite, for roughly half of what I spent before I got a better product and the experience was the best.

This was the Best dental experience I have ever had in my 73 years! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an implant. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor's are professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their role of this 8 month process.

I have the same experience every time I go to Carolina Implant. The professionalism and attention to detail is above expectations. Couple that with a caring staff that engages with the patient in mapping out a treatment strategy and you have all the elements needed for great care. Hats off to the team. I was in to have images or molds made of my implants so the crowns could be matched. It was a tedious task but the dental assistant kept me informed. She was courteous and professional.
