Dustin B. Holladay, DMD, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After USC, he completed a rigorous Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina), graduating in 2005. Dr Holladay also is a mentor/teacher for 6 month smiles. He is one of twelve in the entire United States.
Unlike most dentists, Dr Holladay spends enormous amounts of time continuing his education on a yearly basis. He has taken several courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), Pankey Institute, Nash Institute for Dental Learning. He achieved Invisalign certification and completed implant training at the Zimmer Institute in San Diego. Dr Holladay also spent time teaching at the Nash Institute. With his experienced dental training he will always offer you the newest and best options for treatment.
As a result of his training, Dr. Holladay not only knows whats out there, but whats been proven to be most successful time and time again. In partnership with you, his aim is to craft the perfect treatment plan for your unique situation and oral health goals.
We only provide crowns, dentures, implants and other restorations that we would place in our own mouth. We dont offer old crowns that have metal in them from 20 years ago. Nor do we offer old mercury fillings from more than a century ago. We only offer high-quality treatments that look beautiful, improve our patients health, and have the potential to last, years, decades, even a lifetime.
Debbie has been a dental assistant for 30 years. She is a native of Pennsylvania and married the love of her life, Randy. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren and a crazy dog, Casey. She enjoys the beach, singing in the choir and is a big Steelers fan. She is excited to get to know patients and loves working with the great staff here at Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry to provide the best possible care.
Michele is from NY and moved to the NMB in July 2015. She is married with 2 children. She has worked in the dentistry field front desk for 3 years. Prior to that, she worked in insurance with the state of NY and also worked as a local photographer. She loves to help people and seeing them smile makes it all worth it.

Absolutely the best dentist in or around Myrtle Beach. I've had hours of work and the staff and Dr Holladay always take the time to insure you are comfortable and aware of the work they are performing. Your comfort is their priority and their office is easy and great at finding a time slot that works best for you. Book with Dr Holladay and you won't regret it!

My first dentist visit since Covid happened I came because of good reviews and they were right they were nice and took care of me Ms.Lisa cleaned my teeth effectively and quick with no pain,highly recommended and will be a returning customer

I went here a couple weeks ago, my crown broke off with my tooth still attached, yuck I know. The worst part was, the tooth broke off at or below the gumline. I liked Dr. Holladay, as he tells it to you straight, no bs here. I appreciate that. Scheduled to have tooth removed 5/11/2022, which was a little more than I wanted. Now I absolutely hate dentist and even at 40 I have needles of any kind. Debbie was freaking AMAZING! She sat with me the entire time, treated me like her own kid, which made the visit a little more bearable. Dr. Holladay said it could take anywhere from 4 mins to 30 mins, well mine had to be stubborn. He spent almost 45 mins getting this thing out, poor guys hands were hurting. It was a little expensive than I thought, I really did not appreciate the extra money that I was charged, but overall its over with and I would recommend this place for dental care.

Went from crooked teeth to a bright and straight smile. They are the nicest and the best. The only dentist that got to know me personally and made sure I was happy with the results. Drove all the way from Charlotte, NC just to see Dr. Holladay and staff. They are an awesome group of professionals and highly recommended. Thanks for given a reason to smile in all my 48 years of life!

Dr. Holladay is very personalable and professional. He explains every process in layman's terms so I can understand. He is honest and has a pleasant bedside manner that makes going to the dentist easier. His staff are all wonderful too.

I found Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry on Facebook, and after ready the reviews I decided to give them a try. Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry, is the best dentist I have ever been to! I've never been to a dentist where I felt more comfortable. NEVER dread going! The staff is awesome. Doc Holiday is very funny and explains everything where I completely understand! He's always willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them! I Couldn't ask for a better dentist!

This place is incredible!!! Don't go anywhere else. Out of all the dentist I have seen, this is the only one that has never disappointed me with any service performed. Debbie (assistant) is amazing, I have been with her since I started coming to this office. Tabatha (front desk) is a breath of fresh air and she is always extremely pleasant and calls everyone by name when you walk in the office. Dr. Holladay is very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office makes you feel like family.

I started coming here in 2017 and I won't ever go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable, the teeth cleanings are gentle especially if you have sensitive teeth like me.
