Best dentist we've ever had. He is easy to talk to and very caring! He is also very careful. I think he took some of the fear of going to the dentist away from my husband. His staff is fantastic also.

Shelley was my hygienist yesterday and she is top notch. It was the best cleaning I've had in a long time. She takes her time and is very thorough. She is also has a wonderful personality. Dr. Heidenreich is my dentist here and he is wonderful. He is very patient and explains everything to you before he does any procedure. He has a superb bed side manner and really cares about his patients. He even reached out to me to see how I was doing after I had a root canal. I love the staff here they are all very nice and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Heidenreich. I saw him for years at his previous practice and initially made the mistake of not following him to here. Then I lost a filling and the dentist I had transferred to recommended a root canal... But couldn't take care of me for over 2 months. Called Carolina Dentistry, got me in at 7am immediately after the holiday weekend and here I am getting my root canal same day. I knew the dentist was fantastic but I'm starting to learn just how awesome the entire staff is! Thank you for such amazing service!!!

As someone who had a bad dental experience as a teenager, finding a dentist who makes me feel at ease during procedures is a must. When I moved to the Charlotte area 10 yrs ago, I found Dr.H. When I learned of his move to another practice I followed him. He is very kind, patient, and gives you a tx plan based off of need/preventative care. I was very impressed with his staff as well, who display the same qualities! If you're like me, and have anxiety about going to the dentist, give Dr.H a try!

My experience at Carolina Dentistry @The Stateline was wonderful. Pleasant, Professional staff, Clean office facility and top notch DDS. Dr. Heinreich is my personal DDS and I would choose no other. I say the same for Elizabeth, my personal hygienist. Highly satisfied!!

The staff at Carolina Dentistry @ The Stateline are always warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. Shelly always does a wonderful cleaning and I got to meet Dr. Heidenreich for the first time today and like Dr. Schwartz, he is very professional, and takes the time to have a conversation with a fairly new patient. Dr. Heidenreich has a quiet confidence about him that is comforting to patients. I have been with this office since 2018 and highly recommend them. Blessings...

To me, a good dentist is compassionate and honest and one that makes me feel in control of my very own treatment by educating me in every step taken and guiding me towards the best options. Dr. Heidenreich was magnificent to me and I am so happy how my teeth look!! The staff and his assistant are incredibly helpful, Pleasant and always go that extra step to make everything better...they are special! I highly recommend Carolina Dentistry @Stateline

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! Dr. Heidenreich has been our dentist for almost 10 years now. We followed him to this location because he is that good! And most important for me, trustworthy. The entire staff is extremely polite and friendly. The hygienists were thorough and my teeth look great after my cleaning today. Dr. H and his staff are truly amazing. They go above and beyond for patient care and make you feel at ease His compassion and knowledge are what all dentist should have and so blessed to have found him! I have a favorite hygienist who I always book with and she is so gentle & caring as well. I drive 40 minutes to see them and would drive 2 hours, they're that amazing! Thank you for the time, care and compassion Carolina Dentistry!
