If there was a zero I would press that. Unprofessional, receptionist NEVER sends out the referrals like she says she will. It happened so many times. Should've just listened to the people that told me not to go to Carolina dental docs in the first place. Do your self a favor and find another place.

I called to make an app to fix the whole in my sons tooth and instead of making that kind of appointment they set him up for a cleaning and his tooth doesn't even get fixed by them.

They are great for just a cleaning but if you are needing anything beyond that be prepared to have your appointments canceled and never re-scheduled. My understanding was the doctor left the practice but regardless we should not have waited weeks before I called to follow-up, to be updated.

I don't recommend this place at all with younger kids nor with any procedures besides cleaning. Her last visit really traumatized her or something. My daughter is 5 and They gave her the sleepy juice and took her before it took affect and she was upset when they took her back and wouldn't let me go and she told me they held me down (they used straps) while I was screaming for you. Her next cleaning comes and she was crying and they took one look at her and in so many words said they didn't wanna deal with her and were sent out the door. The lady at the desk was rude and told us we were good to leave before I even reached her desk and her tone was awful. I'm a non confrontational person so I left silently also her silver caps have all gotten infections or has come loose and needed pulled. 850$ to have her put to sleep to fix everything at foothills after 3 weeks searching for someone else to take her.

Helpful front desk nice open facility. My daughter really liked the movie room and picking a prize after her first dentist visit. Only upsetting factor was a worker commenting on me a parent taking a photo of my toddler in the dentist chair. I feel assistants/hygienists could grow to be more formal and courteous to patients especially kids. And adding that she's seen herself online and in "others videos" she wasn't assisting us in anyway. So that's a sketch vibe considering your employer posts you online as well as asked for my consent to post my daughter as well. A

Carolina Dental Docs is unprofessional and unorganized! My nephew was supposed to have extractions done two months ago. His first appointment was canceled. I rescheduled for three weeks later, and that appointment was canceled they day before we were scheduled to go. I received a voicemail stating they would call to reschedule, but never received a call. I called today because I've been waiting two weeks. The receptionist stated the doctor was no longer with the company and they didn't know when they would have anyone in the office. I would only recommend them for a simple cleaning!

Considering we just got kicked out because my 5 year old was being slightly difficult for 2 minutes. We had just arrived and sat down and she told us to leave. Idk who that lady is but she's rude. Never had her or an issue there until today. They do just fine with my 2 year old who has an absolute meltdown. But she told me not to come back. So screw these people. Should gimme gas money for having to drive an hour and then being kicked out. DONT GO HERE!

I took my two boys to have their teeth cleaned for the first time ever. It was an ok experience. My younger one cried about getting x-rays. I asked them if they could let my older one go first so the younger one could see what they were doing. They said no, gave up on the x-rays, and went straight to cleaning. The cleanings went well. Younger one had a cavity so I scheduled a filling. At the appointment for the filling is when everything turned bad. I knew he would be sedated and they said they would use straps during the procedure to keep him safe. I could kind of understand the need. What I can't understand is why they made me leave him crying after he drank the sedation medicine. They couldn't wait until he was a little out of it and less aware? Then the first thing my child said to me when he came out was "Mommy they tied me up." He vividly remembers them making me leave and them tying him up. That was a year ago and I haven't been able to take him to a dentist since. We have both suffered emotional trauma from that visit. I have recently found another dentist that is going to work with us to earn his trust. They don't strap them down and they don't make parents leave! Bottom line is carolina dental docs are ok for cleanings. If you need anything more go somewhere else!

My kids love coming to see the Dentist and staff. Super friendly from the girls up front, to the staff in the back. They explain every treatment my kids will have. I definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family!!

We had a pretty good experience. In the five years we've been taking our sons, I felt like we rarely saw the same people. There are a lot of screens, which parents may take as a good or bad thing. The biggest reason why I gave three stars is the amount of paperwork. There is so much, especially if you're bringing multiple children, that you are literally filling out paperwork the whole time, even during the exam, when I wish I could have been giving my attention to my children. This alone was very stressful. I wish they had an online, ahead of time registration, and/or linked the contact information for each child without me having to duplicate the same info over and over. Plus sides: everyone is friendly, was great with my kids, and my boys loved the toy surprises at the end.

All three of my children go here and we have had nothing but positive experiences every time we have come. Stephanie was so informative, quick and polite. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with children.

Carolina Dental Docs is the greatest place to take you children. My children look forward to seeing their friend, Colleen, who is the most caring, funniest hygienist they evrer had.

Carolina Dental Docs is clean, efficient, and friendly. We never wait longer than five minutes and the entire staff is super kind and helpful. The dental hygienists and dentists are great with kids. Since his last appointment, my four year old (who was anxious leading up to his last appointment) has asked if we can go back almost every afternoon. At each appointment I can trust that his dental health is taken care of along with his social-emotional needs met.
