Don't ever go here, they cancel appointments, then if you are even 5 minutes late deny you for another month or more

I came in and they were quick, professional, very informative and experts in their trade of work. I am extremely sensitive and scared of the needle and numbing process but Dentist Chris is sooo good at what he does, I didn't feel anything..The staff wasn't judgmental, and they are very positive and confident in their work..which help me feel positive about tackling my teeth. We came up with a plan and first day..got a cleaning and start the fillings process.. within first 20 minutes of my visit. I vote this place #1 in Raleigh NC. They also accept children, which is convenient for the whole family!

Phenomenal practice, best dentist I've ever gone to! My hygienist (Jessica) is very thorough yet careful and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentists are all very friendly, explain everything well, and no one tries to upsell you into procedures that you don't need. I've been very happy going to this dentist! P.S. Even though it's downtown, they have a parking lot and will validate your parking. I've never had an issue getting a spot.

Really great first appointment. Front desk was friendly, dentist and assistant were personable and professional. Laid back vibe in the office (cozy) ...yet you immediately get the sense that the staff is really competent and ready to be helpful. Thank you I look forward to hopefully making this my new dental home.

I've never had an issue in the years I've been a client here. They also replaced my underwire free of charge a couple months after I had one installed there when it broke.

Long story short, my dental insurance tried to get carolina dental arts to pay them back for over 2 years. Letters and calls all documented by the insurance company to carolina dental arts and nothing. It took hours of calling, back and forth and even this now edited google review to get this resolved. I had to bring in person certified copies of the letters they claim they never reveived to finally get a resolution. A resolution that would've been so easy to fix if they were willing to help from the beginning. I was asked to change my review because a resolution was found. Ive updated it with the resolution but my stars stay the same. I feel two years of a headache with this, even if a resoltuion was found, still isnt worth the trouble. The lobby is still pretty, though.

Had to have an emergency tooth removal and they were fantastic. Everyone was kind and calm, and the dentist made quick work of the bad tooth.

Dr. Powell and Ms. Lizzy were so kind and delightful to me. They helped calm me down because I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. I appreciate their patience and the office staff was so pleasant to me. I have a dental home and I FOREVER grateful to God for this.
