I had a horrible experience here and it took over 8 months to get my partial. I had to call and ask them if my teeth were at the office. They told me many times they weren't. I seen on the paperwork my teeth had been there every time I had previously called. A partial that still doesn't fit and looks as if I still don't have any teeth and now I can't get another because of insurance! I wish I would have never went here. I came into this situation defeated and ready to rebuild my smile. I left feeling worse!!! I'm literally still waiting on them to call me back from July! PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!

The management of this place is so bad....I had a cleaning and establishing care visit in February, and they scheduled me for a 6 month appointment on a Wednesday. I put it on my calendar and worked my whole schedule around it. 2 days before my appointment they texted me to say they're cancelling the appointment because at the beginning of the year, they switched to Friday only for appointments...not sure why they let me make the appointment in the first place and less sure why they didn't tell me in advance. Then, I called to have my x-rays sent to a new office and they told me I would have to go in on their only open Friday 9-2 schedule to sign a release, so I'll have to have new x-rays done at the new place. 0/10

I've been a client for years, and I don't know what's up with their management and admin in the past 1.5 years, but they're a mess. I prepaid for cleanings and services for the year and have now been trying to make a 2nd cleaning appointment for over a month. Their phone number literally doesn't work. Their Burlington office, which is apparently the only one with access to scheduling for Durham, doesn't pick up or call back. The Winston Salem office picks up, is helpful, but for some reason can't schedule for Durham. They've even sent emails to the Durham office on my behalf several times, but I've still not gotten a call back. It's completely unacceptable and they just need to close and refund customers if they can't actually provide services. I will 100% not be going back after this already paid-for service, if I ever manage to schedule it.

Absolute worst! Beware of this office. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. Unorganized, Unprofessional, and no one cares about customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Horrible scheduling services for the Durham area. Just find a different dentist. O2 is better and they have a new one in the Durham area down the street from this office.

Just close down the Durham location. The bad reviews recently are so true. The number doesn't even match the office. It's a whole different number.

Worst dental experience I've had in my entire life. Worst pain management I've encountered in my 54 years. I've had implants, root canals, tooth extractions and cavities, and never have I had so much pain, not even close. I even told them I had a low threshold for pain. Other dentists I've gone to, I felt absolutely no pain at all during any procedure but this, I was shaking and about crying it hurt so badly. I said I needed to work that day so I was concerned about pain after the procedure. I was assured it would only be "sore". BS, it hurt like hell. I was at the pharmacy getting the weak little Tylenol 3's they gave me, the pharmacist said they wouldn't be very effective again severe pain. I call up the dentist to hopefully get something stronger. NOPE! I only needed it for one day. I didn't want a whole big bottle of pills or anything. I'm not even taking them the 2nd day but that day I was dying. I took what I had and slept for 4 hours just to get away from the pain, then took them again and back to sleep. Needless to say I didn't get any work done (unpaid day off now). In my opinion, they have no regard for their patients comfort. If I say I'm in pain, I don't want to argue about it. EVERY other dentist I've been to within the past 10 years or so gives me stronger pain relievers without my even asking. Usually I don't even need them but at least they give them just in case. I will NEVER go back there again, that's for sure. The level of pain was actually worse than when I had a kidney stone.

Both Dr. Cataldo and his staff were great! They worked with my insurance company to help me figure out coverage. And while the procedure was not not pleasant (of course), it was done quickly and with success - I would recommend this office and the Doctor.

I had a very pleasant dental experience. I was seen for a cleaning and the hygienist did an excellent job. The doctor was thorough and explained all my dental needs. The ladies at the front desk were a delight and they explained my insurance benefits and what I would need to pay. I will definitely be coming back for all my routine visits.

Moved to knightdale NC and wanted to find someone closer because of the drive. Dentist here In Knightdale would not clean teeth and referred for surgery! Dentist he referred me to must be a good friend of his. They wash each other's back! I am going back to where I started!

This place is a scam, the customer service is horrible, they try to sell you procedures you don't need and on top of it all they practically stole $140 from me. Now that I want my money back they tell me they can't help me. Then you wonder why we are in the mess we are in this country, is called highway robbery. Next stop the BBB, report it.

Dr. argued with me about condition, was not helpful. It was an insane experience that felt like the twilight zone. Took 2 XRays charged $150. Worst experience at dentist in my life.

I had Terrible experience in this dentist office, I took my daughter last year with a tooth ache and she had some sprinkles on her hair from her bow and when they call her they lady in the front desk her name is Christina came to me and she asked me in the front of people if my daughter has lice on her hair and I said no she said I was just making sure for safety of other patients and she was very rude about it and she make my daughter embarrassed, and today I called for reassurance of the date of my kids 6th month checkup because I knew it was someday this week, and Hannah answered the phone and she said their appointment has already passed and I told her that I didn't receive a invoice or reminder but she said they called me so many times, when I checked my phone I found a missed call on the exact day and time they had the Apointement on Tuesday at 1pm and the call was made at 1:11pm and I asked her to reschedule the appointment and she refused and when I asked why she said because I'm holding up other people, and I called back and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, and she said she's not there. I would give them a 0 star if I could.
