I'm scared to death of the dentist and have a lot of issues however the staff here is so kind and laid back. I felt at ease. I was in and out quickly. The staff is awesome, kind and non judging. I appreciate not only their service and professionalism but their kind approach to their patients, they definitely put my anxiety at ease.

I wouldn't take my dog here!! DON'T GO HERE!!! My daughter has been waiting for her teeth 5 WEEKS She is waiting for 2 clickers they promised 2 WEEKS HAS NO BACK TEETH!!! SHE CAN'T EAT SOLID FOODS!!! AND SHE DEPRESSED NOT LEAVING THE HOUSE!!!! IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO HER IT'S THIS FREAKING PLACE FAULT!!! SORRY SORRY PLACE!!! THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! GOING ON 6 WEEKS THIS WEEK

DONT GO THERE they scheduled my appointment I took time off work for her to walk out and have the receptionist tell me she couldn't see me due to plaque build up they have been rude and unorganized my whole time being there don't go save your money that's all they want

My family and I have only been patients at Anne Elizabeth's for a very short time. Even after seeing the reviews I still wanted to give the clinic a fair try. They never answer the phone. They called to cancel my childs appointment 20 minutes before they was supposed to be there. The dentist is rude and a total control freak. While trying to explain a situation she blatantly rolled her eyes and walked off. They tried to say I needed to have several teeth pulled but I had a second opinion done and it's not true. Also saying that my child needs around 8 fillings and a second opinion also confirmed she only needs 2. Run fast if you want to keep your teeth!

DO NOT GO THERE! I had the worst experience with my appointment. Receptionist are clueless, the dental assistant doesn't know what she's doing: she quickly brushed my teeth in less that 2 minutes and did not even floss! I only had a cleaning scheduled! Receptionists need to be fired' they never took my temperature for COVID-19 precautions and falsified a temperature on the document for me to sign ! Very unprofessional and I will NOT be going here! The head dentist doesn't know what she's doing either. WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER !!

Fast professional service. Very nice people with a very nice office. I had an appointment for a chipped tooth. They decided pulling it was the best option. The procedure went smoothly. I would recommend them to anybody.

Incompetent dentistry, in my terrifying experience. Although he no longer works there and I never saw him again after he killed my tooth, after years of loyalty to this place they put me with a new dentist and after what was supposed to be a simple filling, I had to get not one, but TWO crowns on the tooth. The first crown was too big and sitting way too low. Awful work. Thankfully yet another dentist whom I have never seen put my second one one decently. This was the last time I set foot in that place and I'm now in GREAT hands in Greensboro at Bella Dental. If you want to keep your teeth I recommend not going to Anne Elizabeth.

If you are looking for a dentist with a gentle touch, superior skill, and an excellent chair side manner, Dr T is it. The staff is friendly. The assistants and hygienists are excellent. Dr T is the best dentist I have ever had.

Had appointment @ 11 for wisdom tooth to be checked. Went and people were waiting. Sign on the door said be back at 2. Other person there waiting said this has happened more than once. No one was notified. Won't be back.

my teeth have never bothered me more than after i got fillings at Ann Elizabeth. And they are charging for a filling that i had redone which is just scam Dentistry

I cannot even bring myself to highlight a star for this place, but you cannot write a review. Personal experience but I would not go back there if offered free dentistry for life. My mouth was literally violated, someone went thru the whole role play of pretending to clean my teeth only to find out when I went to checkout that the hygienist had called out that day. Um ok, my appt was at 2 in the afternoon, yall couldnt have called to reschedule? Um no but they billed my insurance, and say I owe $27.00. WTH?
