Dr. Brooks, as well as Karen are very professional and always do a great job with my teeth. Never was one to enjoy going to the dentist but the team here makes it a great and quick experience. I have had several dentists throughout my years, and these guys over here are most definitely my favorite!
Dr. Brooks is absolutely awesome. I am a nurse practitioner in acute care and as a fellow healthcare provider, I must say that his bedside manner is impeccable. I typically hate going to the dentist as I am very sensitive, but he is very gentle, yet very thorough. He did an excellent cleaning, removed a permanent retainer that I had in place from when I had braces years ago without any associated discomfort. I then returned and he did an EXCELLENT job with my teeth whitening (see pics-I wish I had before pics because when I say a dramatic difference by the end of the treatment, I mean a dramatic difference) AND he protected my gums and I did not experience any gum irritation/swelling/discomfort during or after the treatment like I had years ago with other providers or my own attempts with home whitening. I have been in Charlotte for 6 years and I will definitely continue to return for all my dental care needs. I give them 10 STARS!

Known as CBCT, this advanced imaging technique uses a cone-shaped X-ray beam. The cone beam rotates around your head to create a highly detailed 3D image of your mouth to help us accurately design your treatment plan.
Our office uses intraoral digital scanners to create a highly detailed 3D model of your teeth. The resulting 3D surface model is the virtual, time efficient, and safe alternative to traditional plaster models.

Staff was courteous and very very polite. As a new patient, the staff made sure to check my paperwork concerning my medical history and asked questions of my prior dental history. The entire staff made my experience pleasant and enjoyable.

The hygienist and the dentist were both very professional. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. I appreciate the fact dr Paine cares about his patients health. My procedure was rescheduled because my blood pressure was too high. I had it done today September 30. I am still very satisfied with the care I receive from this office. I am close to having everything completed. Can't wait to see my finished product.

I have been going to this dental office for several years now. I get 2 cleanings a year. Recently, it was time to get 3 of my fillings replaced since they were quite old and broken down. I was pleasantly impressed with Dr Brooks. He is very professional, great mannerism, thoughtful and does a great job with your teeth. This is the first dental practice that I would recommend to anyone and the only one I have allowed to care for my teeth. The staff is great. From the time you walk in to the time you sit to be seen. Excellent visit. I was able to get in immediately care they took excellent care of me and my family for 17 years Very nice place and vey nice staff. Very polite and very helpful with insurance and explained what they were doing. Made me feel very comfortable being there. Also I want to thanks special to Terry and July they take care of me and my family for 17 years I so grateful with they service.
