After several bad experiences with other dentist's offices, I've finally found one that I love! Dr. Nguyen is phenomenal! He explains exactly what he's doing. He's also very patient so if you need a break he has no problem giving you one. My hygienist is the best. Very friendly and patient as well. She remembered me even though I had only been there once and it was 6 months later. All the staff in the front office are great. They also break down all my charges beforehand so there's no surprise at checkout. I was so impressed and have enjoyed my experiences with everyone I switched my son and he loves them too! I am terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Nguyen and his staff make it a lot easier!

This is a great office. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming for my first visit, and the hygienist Jessica and I held a great conversation. She answered all my questions and gave suggestions on how I can improve my dental health. I wasn't in any pain or discomfort during my visit. When I saw the Doctor he was friendly. Happy I chose this office!

I'm not very good with dentistHowever he made me feel comfortable and safe. Normally I'd get the antibiotics I need from a dentist not return to finish with the actual procedure...I can say for once I plan on going back and going to address the root the problem fixed (with the help of some sedation lol)

I have been to multiple dentists and when we lived in Fayetteville, this was absolutely the best office. Amy, the dental hygienist made me feel like family. If we are ever close by again, will for sure come back! Thank you, Amy for being so wonderful!

The doctor was nice but the receptionist with the black hair was extremely rude. She showed she does not respect the patient and she is unprofessional (picture second from the left in their photo). I also requested an appointment for a repair, however, I was scheduled for the doctor just to look at the area instead. They said I could wait 40-45 minutes until the next appointment to do the repair and when I expressed to her that I was upset that the appointment I requested was not what I got, the receptionist got an attitude and said she was trying to accommodate me. (like she was doing me a favor). It's a no for me. I like the dentist and the dental assistant but the receptionist was very rude.

I have always been so nervous and have hated to see a dentist. I deeply needed to go to a dentist and I chose here. I was nervous at first but after having a wonderful dental assistant/doctor who truly made be comfortable I enjoyed my visit. I would recommend going here for any dential needs. The office manager was very helpful and sweet too..They were all amazing... They treat you with kindness....

I have been visiting this dentist office for years. Every time we come back to Bragg this is my go to. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. He is never pushy in treatment plans and he listens well to all my concerns while making me feel comfortable. The front desk staff is the most phenomenal front desk I have ever experienced. They are very welcoming and kind! And I have had nothing but great experiences with every hygienist that I have had. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Dental.

This was my first visit with Carolina Comfort Dental. I found them via my internet search (a blessing). I had broken my tooth at work, the previous day. I called them first thing Monday morning and they got me in promptly. The staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is inviting. The dentist was pleasant as well and thorough. We discussed options. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

The staff was excellent the Dr was rude just came in didn't say hello or anything just started putting tools in my mouth working with people I think he should be a little more friendly to the people this is my second time coming there and both times he wasn't pleasant at all I understand he gets to the point but at least greet your patients

I found Carolina Comfidt Dental online on the weekend. I found the appointment process to be very easy. They responded to my email first thing on Monday. I had an appointment within a few days. Receptionist were very welcoming. The office was very clean and bright. I loved the way Dr. Nguyen spent time listening to my needs and addressing each one with advantages and disadvantages to the the processes. He expressed what he was able to accomplish and what was not in his realm of practice. I appreciate having all the information he shared. I had my prior x-rays emailed to their office. He reviewed them with me. He then directed me to the next step of the care plan. I will be returning to this office! I was blown away that the consultation was FREE! Very professional environment!

I've been going here since I was little and now I'm 22 working full time as a nurse with a new insurance and was so pleased to find out they accepted delta dental. I've only gone to one other dentist one time in Florida and that was the bad experience that helped me appreciate coming back to Carolina comfort so much. I've had about four cavity fill ins and I get so nervous about the needle but the dentist is patient about letting the local anesthetic do it's job before sticking you and as a result, you don't feel a thing! I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour and a half to include filing out paperwork, wait time, X-rays, cleaning, two cavity fill ins, and one more around the head x ray. I only trust this place!
