Filed my teeth without permission and filed deep into my gum line to separate my molars. Fillings that were done still hurt 6 months later. Have had multiple fillings done at other places that didn't hurt the next day. Very rude dental assistant who says her name is Paula. They spoke Spanish in front of me the whole time (very strange) for a country area like this. Which gave me the idea to have all future dental work done in Mexico instead. 1/4th the price, and people there actually have a legitimate reason to be speaking Spanish to each other.

Hygienist, Sharon was excellent! Very thorough and pleasant to be with. I'll go back again. Prices were reasonable compared to others I checked with in the area.

Suzanne cleaned my teeth , she would tell me each step before she would do them . I was having an off day and she helped me feel better and very comfortable. Dr. Garret checked my teeth and also talked to me to try and make me feel better . If you are looking for a place for dental care I highly recommend them both along with every one in the office they are all not only professional but caring .

I came in as an emergency case and even though the office was busy, I was seen quickly. My issue was given an immediate solution. My care was outstanding. The entire staff was professional and friendly the entire time even though I kept them past regular business hours.

I called on a Saturday morning to set up an appointment and they were very polite and accommodating. They were able to see me same day. From check in until the time I left everyone was nice and helpful. The dentist and assistant came up with a dental plan for me and scheduled my next appointment to be seen. This is my new dentist!

i always get nervous going to a new dentist, but this was not the case at all. i believe her name was Suzanne (one who cleaned my teeth in the beginning) was GREAT. she made me feel very comfortable. at one point, i was falling asleep. she was super gentle and asked me how i was doing periodically. the dentist (i forgot what his name is- i'm sorry) he was also great too. i want to say thank you to this business for not only being so respectful and nice to me, but everyone that was there w me.

I've been a customer for years. Super friendly Dental staff in the back. Susanna and Dr. Garrett are the absolute best. Very clear and easy to understand treatment plans and services. The Dentist office is not my favorite place to go but I feel comfortable in the hand of Carolina Bright Smiles. Thanks again!!!
