I had a phenomenal experience with Doc Follette, she's very thorough and dedicated to what she's doing, cleaning hurts a little bit but it feels good after. The only concern I had and nervous about was the X-ray process, the tech was touching my mouth setting up simultaneously with the equipment, computer and stuff, I was hopeful that things were sterilized and or properly disinfected, I never had Covid and I'm scared to catch it.

Dr. Follette is an outstanding dentist! Her work is superb in every way. Her personality is warm and comforting and the whole office is very helpful and accommodating. I have been with her for decades and she has always been the best!

If you are anxious when you go to the dentist, don't be. My experience with Dr. Follette was great. I loved by Hygienist. She was very gentle. Thank you!

Fantastic experience, and the team were very accommodating to fit me in for an initial appointment on short notice and then a follow up appointment the next day to make sure I was looked after before travelling. Overall great service!

Dr Follette is a wonderful doctor with tons of excellent experience and knowledge , and she is one one the nicest people I have ever met. I highly recommend visiting the office for all your dental needs and here staff are super nice and helpful especially Amy at the front desk

On august 18, 2020 I visited Carol's office to fix one cavity under the pretenses that it was so minor that no novacaine would be used. She told me this specifically when I left the time before there would be no novacaine and it was a simple drill. When I first get in the chair, she objects novacain, counts to ten out loud then starts drilling. I know for a fact dentists are supposed to wait a couple minutes AT LEAST before they start drilling. I Immidiately felt pain and told her to stop. She only waited about 30 more seconds and insisted on starting. I was still in pain as she started drilling. As she went on, she dropped the drill while it was on- onto my face twice. She then proceeded to knock my front teeth 11 times with the moving drill. Because of this, my front tooth is loosing vitality from the trauma and I will have to get an extremely expensive root canal. She proceeded then to drop the drill into the back of my mouth three times which resulted in deep lacerations on my tongue and in my back gum which almost required stitches. To add insult to injury, she drilled into my tooth way too deep (this was confirmed by the dentist I had look over the case based on before and after X-rays) and I have since had to have that filling REMOVED and REPLACED which was extremely expensive and painful. On top of that, she did not fill my teeth properly on my left side and this caused my jaw to be offset for 6 months which has caused me to develop TMJ.

Today I went in for my first appointment with Dr. Carol Follette. I was very impressed with everyone there. They were professional and accommodating. I needed to leave within a certain period of time, and they made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I left pleased with the excellent care I received and their kindness.

I went in for x-rays and cleaning, and the technician did a very thorough job. Discomfort was minimal, and I was given a simply treatment plan to follow through with . I recommend Dr. Follette and her staff highly.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Follette today! She was very accommodating of my schedule. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. Dr. Follette spent her time with the tooth cleaning and did not make it feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I will definitely be returning.

Fabulously friendly and professionally superior staff. They always perform at the highest levels and are the best priced dental providers in town who never sell you crowns/root canals/fillings or suggest misc work unless it's absolutely necessary
