Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

My family has been going there for years and would hate to even think about any other option. Their front of the house staff is incredible. I have referred many people over the years and have always had great feedback. If you are looking for a first class operation, look no further.

this is just a friendly reminder to the parents of children that visit carnelian dental excellence to know what your child has to go through to get dental work done. they use what they call a papoose board to prevent any movement whatsoever.it totally immobilizes the child.very frightening for the child. after doing some research on this practice many children have been traumatized to say the least.. it allows faster turnover of patients according to reports on the internet. its one sure way to make your child terrified of a dentist. not a good thing. so use your common sense and research it for yourself . in other states this practice has been on the news. you be the judge. also i would like to add when they want to do 12 or 13 ROOT CANALS on a 3 or 4 year old baby something is wrong. WOW UNBELIEVABLE when i tell friends and family about that they all say it points to one thing. i will let you figure that one out. stay away

Office staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable of dental insurance issues. Dr. Tao is very accommodating for emergency dental problems (e.g.--Crown falling out).
