Dr. Carmona attended dental school and completed a fellowship in Periodontics at the University of Costa Rica. She has since received Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) along with a Pediatric Dentistry Specialty and a Masters degree, also from NSU.
Dr. Carmona is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southeastern Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is dedicated to serving those in need and has participated in various charities including the Give Kids a Smile Program and other overseas groups helping underprivileged children.
Originally from Cuba, Dr. Carmona grew up in beautiful Costa Rica. She and her husband, Dr. David Carmona, have two children, Daniel and Mia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and staying in shape with Zumba.

Carmona Smiles was the best experience for my son and I. They treat you like family! Everyone is very pleasant and always happy to see us! I never write reviews but for this establishment I'll write 100 of them. I recommend this place 100%. You won't regret it. Plus they have coffee :)

Carmona Dentistry is the best kids friendly dentist. I bring my three kids and their experience is mostly pleasant. As long as they dont have cavities. LOL Joking aside, all staff and doctors are great! Highly recommend them!

This place is HEAVEN SENT ! The dentist employees are so positive and help me out so much! The doctor is Amazing!!!! I'm so glad that I found this place . They have patience for children and my 2 children are always ready to go to the dentist. Can you picture children reminding you of their dentist appointment? It's great! I come from Boca here and it's worth the drive.
