Dr. Sowders is great!! I'm extremely skiddish of needles and dental work being done, due to low pain tolerance and past experiences, but Dr. Sowders did amazing keeping me calm and numbing me for my wisdom tooth extraction!!! It was super quick and he is extremely responsive with ALL the questions I have about post treatment care. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend Dr. Sowders.

I have extreme dental anxiety and Dr. Jordon Sowders went above and beyond to ensure I was not only comfortable but the kindness and patience he showed me was absolutely incomparable to anything I have ever experienced anywhere else. He was so careful to explain everything and really took my feelings/fears seriously. I simply cannot say enough about the quality of care I received. I will never again go anywhere else!

I've been to several dental appointments in the past few months and have had very negative experiences. So I had the pleasure of having one the best dental visit at Carmi Family Dental. The dentist are caring and professional I think I am a patient for life.

Very Professional and friendly!! They were great from the person who scheduled my appointment, the receptionist, the dental hygienist, the financial dept, and the dentist Dr. Jake. Everyone did an excellent job and even though I had to get a filling, it is honestly the best filling I've ever had to get. It feels very natural .

Everyone is very friendly-every single one-from the front desk girls to the checkout girls with all the doctors, hygienists and assistants in between. They are knowledgeable, caring and just great at what they all do.

I cannot say enough great things about this office!! I had a tooth with a nerve exposed causing me excruciating pain. I went to a "chain" dental office and had the worst experience of my life. I called Carmi Family Dental the next day and they worked me in to their emergency spot. From the moment I walked through the door they made me feel like a person and not a number. Dr. Roser explained everything and reassured me. He got to work pulling the tooth and in less than 5 mintues it was out. Amazing service and caring people!

Very rude on the phone when I called to complain of pain from a tooth that needed filled. Then tried to get me to pay for a filling before they would even make an appointment for said filling! Never has a dr office tried to get me to pay for a service or procedure before it's even done, especially weeks in advance! Also had a filling done on another tooth which fell out a week later! Never will I go to this dentist again, haven't ever been treated so poorly by staff in my life!
