So far very good, I like the dentist, spent a lot of time making sure I got good crowns. Also, found the oral surgeon saying ,sorry when the shot hurt . They seemed caring and professional, next step is partial dentures. I'm glad with my dental decision I want.to apologize to assistant. A good job

I just had bonding done at this dentist for spaces and chips on my upper and lower front teeth. The doctor did such an amazing job I wish I had done this 10 years earlier. I highly recommend this Dentist The dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth

Good except for the wait. My appt was 1:30. I waited an hour in the waiting room. The hygienist and nurse taking the x rays were great. Didn't spend much time with the doctor but he seemed a little rushed but fine.

I would like to file a complaint for Naple's polo dental. I have been a patient at this dental office for more than a year now. I started the process to remove all my teeth and have dentures made this process started around the month of August 2021. And the total Out of pocket was $3,181 paid on 08/18/2021 to have 13 teeth removed and a full set of dentures my liberty health plan took care of the rest. During the teeth removed there would be visit that i could feel every single tooth being removed and no medication were giving to fix up the pain, I would have to call my doctor and request for pain medication for the pain. March 01 22 I went in for my dentures for the first set and that first set came back to the dental office to send the dentures to California and they arrived on April 15, I only lasted with those dentures less than a week. I had to go back to the dental office cause my gums were bleeding and i was not able to complete any task at all on April 15. On June 10 the dental office did another set of impressions cause the first set was done wrong. I waited for more than a month. The third trip was done June 24 to have the dentures redone again because the ones given to me were wrong and falling off. I did not receive my dentures until Aug 08 22. They were wrong about aging and the MGR Lessie told me there's nothing we can do anymore please leave the office. Plus, in the room where I was located a camera was recording me without any signs being in place of any camera being used. I need help getting my dentures fixed and help out patients from having this problem affecting them too.
