Dr. Bacon believes that patients should be treated as friends and not just a number. She strives to establish meaningful interactions and personal relationships with people. She values and appreciates every patient and the friendships that are formed. Everyone in her practice recognizes each person as an individual and treats them with individualized personal patient care.

Dr. Bacon understands that it is essential to stay current with developments in dentistry in order to provide the highest quality of service to her patients. Therefore, she actively participates in various continuing education opportunities, and maintains the most current advancements in dental technology.

Dr. Bacon is a member of theAmerican Dental Association, theIndiana Dental Association,Indianapolis District Dental Society, and theChicago Dental Society. She was recently recognized and rewarded for 30 years of dedication and loyalty by the Indianapolis District Dental Society. Dr. Bacon has also served on the peer review committee, in addition to having been a part-time faculty instructor at Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Bacon has previously lived in Spain, South America, and attended high school in Wisconsin. She and her husband Gary have 2 children; Brittany, who currently lives and works in Boston, and Cameron who attends Wabash College. Dr. Bacon enjoys traveling, biking, water and snow skiing, yoga, spending time with her family and friends, and is an overall exercise enthusiast.

In addition to working diligently to establish positive community relationships and to provide sponsorship of the Carmel Dads Club and Carmel USA Wrestling, she also serves on the board forCareIndia, an organization designed to empower and educate rural villagers in India. Dr. Bacon travels with the organization in order to provide dentistry to underserved populations.

Dr. Suzanne Allmand is a native of southern Indiana and is known for her pursuit of clinical excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, graduating with Highest Distinction. Following college, she went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she graduated 2nd in her class. After graduation, she moved to practice in Charleston, SC with her husband who was stationed there in the Air Force. Upon returning to Indiana, Dr. Allmand enjoyed continuing to work in private practice and began a position as Adjunct Clinical Faculty for Indiana University School of Dentistry's community-based dentistry program, teaching and preparing dental students for real world dentistry.

She maintains a passion for education, both her own and for her patients. She enjoys attending CE courses to keep her current on new dental trends, techniques and technology and loves educating patients about their own oral health. She believes that the best and most comfortable care she can provide comes when her patients understand both their conditions and treatment options. She believes in working side by side with them to choose the best path together.

When not in the office she enjoys reading, using her Peloton, learning to play golf, and traveling. She also loves spending quality family time with her husband, Zak, their three children, Lillanne, Layne, & Grayson, and their puppy, Leia.

Kim started at Carmel Dental Care in January of 2006. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years, receiving her dental assisting degree from Aristotle College. She and her husband have one son, as well as two dogs, a Jack Russell terrier and a German Shepherd. Outside of the office, Kim can be found reading, cooking, biking, and motorcycle riding.

Karla has worked for Dr. Bacon for 20 years. She has two children; her son Jonas attends Wabash College and her daughter, Sydney is in 11thgrade. She is also 'Mom' to a 5 year old Beagle named Poptart. She is an avid baseball fan (Go Cubs!) and enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and painting in her spare time. She is an Indianapolis native and resides in the historical Irvington neighborhood.

Tammy joined the Carmel Dental Care team in February of 2015. She has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She and her husband have two daughters, three granddaughters, and one grandson. They also have two dogs, both rat terrier mixes. Outside of work Tammy enjoys vacationing at the beach, camping, and spending time with her family and friends

Lynn is originally from the Cincinnati area, and relocated to Fishers 2 years ago. She has been a dental hygienist for 10 years and has worked for Dr. Bacon since 2017. Lynn & her husband have been married 20 years and have 2 sons. She enjoys reading in her spare time.

Katey has been working in the dental field since 2010 and joined the Carmel Dental Care team in 2019. Originally from Fairmount Indiana, Katey relocated to Noblesville in 2019. Katey & her husband Aaron were high school sweethearts and have 2 children; Jersey & Eugene. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and spending time at the lake.

Kailee joined our team in 2020. She is an Indianapolis native and has worked in the dental field since 2015. She was accepted into the dental assisting program while in High School and completed her training concurrently while attending and graduating High School. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
