Practicing orthodontics is a privilege, and it adds richness to my life to contribute to peoples self-confidence by giving them a healthy smile. It is a pleasure every day to spend my time with so many wonderful people of all ages. For the past 23 years Ive been helping the people in my community have healthy, beautiful teeth, and I cant imagine doing anything else.

Graduated cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth Universitys Medical College of Virginia earning my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. I completed my orthodontic specialty residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

I attend a variety of continuing education courses annually to enhance my knowledge of orthodontics and oral appliance therapy. Attending these courses allows me to be informed of the latest research, products and techniques and benefit from the vast experiences of some very gifted clinicians. I am motivated to deliver excellent care to my patients comfortably and timely as is scientifically possible.

I am also a speaker for Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign. For the last eight years, I have given presentations frequently to orthodontists and dentists across the US and Europe, showing ways to achieve excellent clinical results using the Invisalign system.

My husband and I reside in Marlton with my 2 sons and his son and daughter and our 3 dogs. I treasure time and travel with my family and extended family. Cycling and interior design are also passions of mine.

Renee is one of our Treatment Coordinators as well as a Registered Dental Assistant and has been a part of this wonderful team since 1997. She enjoys working in such an amazing practice and declares that Dr. Phucas is absolutely fantastic and she treats her office staff and patients wonderfully. Its like one big happy family! Renee enjoys working with all the children and adults contributing to the outstanding experiences they have in our practice. She loves seeing the transformation in the patients smiles during the course of their treatment and the priceless smiles upon completion. When not working, Renee is spending time with her two daughters, Alexa and Camryn, her husband Rob, and her dogs Jinger and Milo. She enjoys going to the beach, running, and exercising. Her family enjoys watching all Philadelphia sports teams!

Michelle is a registered dental assistant as well as a treatment coordinator for our Turnersville office. She has been a part of our wonderful team since 1999. Michelle brings many smiles to all her patients and coworkers. When not working, Michelle enjoys spending her time country line dancing. She also loves spending time with her husband and their four kids. Michelle will make your experience at Dr.Phucas Orthodontics enjoyable at each visit.

Debbie is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked with Dr. Phucas since 2004. She thoroughly enjoys working with all the patients to help achieve their goals. Debbie loves reassuring the children of the great experience they will have during their visits. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Debbie is an avid reader.

Kim has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1994. She loves taking the time to connect with patients and watch their confidence grow as their smiles are completely transformed throughout their treatment. In her free time, Kim loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs down the shore because it is her all-time favorite place.

Karen has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1983 and she has been with Dr. Phucas team since 1993. She enjoys working with the patients and being a part of their positive experience as well as building relationships and getting to know the families. She also enjoys doing lab work which includes making retainers and expanders. Her favorite time in the office is spent chair side as an assistant, interacting directly with patients.

Stacy started her career in dental assisting in 1995 and joined Dr. Phucas team in 1997. Stacy takes pride in providing every patient with a wonderful experience. When at the office, Stacy is devoted to learning the latest techniques to keep her skills sharp. When not working, Stacy spends her time with her husband, John and three children Olivia, Brooke, and Johnny. Her children keep her busy with various activities and in her spare time she enjoys the beach and reading

Stefany has been a registered dental assistant since 2011. In dental assisting school, Stefany trained at Dr. Phucass office during her rotations. After graduation, Stefany worked for years at an oral and maxillofacial surgery office then took some a few years off to be a stay-at-home Mom. Stefany started working in our office at the beginning of September 2021. On her downtime, she enjoys spending time her family, especially with her husband, daughter and Shih-Tzu.

Kathryn has been our Sterilization dynamo since 2005. In addition to managing all instrument sterilization, Kathryn organizes all inventory throughout our office and keeps our clinic sparkling. Kathryn enjoys assisting other team members so that our patients receive the high-quality care they deserve. She loves the interaction we have with our patients, its like they are family. When away from the practice, Kathryn enjoys time with family and friends. She looks forward to helping you along the way to a beautiful, healthy smile provided by Dr. Phucas and Team.

Katie joined Dr. Phucass team in October of 2019 as the Financial Coordinator. Katie is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She is also managing the marketing and social media for the office. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. She loves spending time at the beach and boating.

Patty joined Dr. Phucass team in February 2021, she has a background in education and business management. Patty is one of the first faces you will see when you walk into the office and she loves seeing the smiling faces of the patients each day. Patty is married with two children and loves to spend her free time with her family and taking photos.
