I am beyond impressed with Dr. Peterschmidt and all the staff! Each visit has made me realize just how much other dentists get wrong. Even when they are very busy the staff go above and beyond to communicate thoroughly. I've had to get the same tooth filled multiple times over the years and this was by far the least painful and best looking filling I've ever had. Dr. Peterschmidt and her team are also great at communicating what they are doing and why they are doing it at all times which is so refreshing! I've never had a dentist which takes the time to get a thorough health history before starting work. Dr. Peterschmidt is truly invested in her patients' health and always puts in the time to make sure she is doing the right thing for your health!

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Dr Peterschmidt does great work. They have fair pricing, and they print out detailed estimates factoring in what they think insurance will cover. All the staff are professional, and the customer service is excellent. On top of everything, they don't try to make you feel guilty for not flossing enough.

Always kind , compassionate, professional and whiteout a doubt completely competent. I would recommend taking care of your teeth here if possible. My family can't recommend them enough .

I never post reviews but I love Dr. Carly and all her staff! I have some complicated dental issues that I've been less than ecstatic about having to take care of but they have been kind and compassionate every step of the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Carly and her staph are great. I've had several positive experiences there. Everyone there is personable and kind, and also great at what they do. From the cleanings to the crowns, they do a great job.

I've never been so pleased with my all-around experience of general dentistry. I have yet to see an area of this office's experience that is lacking such courtesy to make even unpleasant elements of the field enjoyable.

Having moved to Eugene in 2020, I feel fortunate to have found Carly Peterschmidt Dentistry. Dr. Carly is a great dentist with a kind manner. She always invites me to call if I have any issues after a procedure, though so far I haven't had any problems. Also, the hygienists and office staff are caring and thorough in their respective roles.

My wife and I recently moved to Eugene and upon arrival I chipped a tooth. The good people at this office really went the extra mile to help me get an appointment and resolve the issues surrounding my dental problem. Dr Peterschmidt consistently and patiently describes the issues to consider allowing me to make informed decisions. The team is proactive and concerned about my comfort and safety as well, during this difficult pandemic period.

What a wonderful and kind group of people in Dr Peterschmidt's office! My first visit was, unfortunately, a dental urgency. They were so supportive, caring and compassionate, continually assuring me they would take care of everything. And they did. Exchanging paperwork and photos via e-mail, they worked me in. Even with the Covid19 challenges they took care of me quickly. This is a superb practice.

Sweetest, most caring, yet professional and knowledgeable medical staff I have ever encountered. I have had a lot of dental work done at various dental offices and Dr. Carly and her staff are by far my favorite! From the moment I called to set up my appointment, I felt extremely welcomed and heard. Their communication with patients is impeccable. Setting up my first appointment with the front desk staff was so easy because she was helpful and patient. The hygienist made me feel welcome and had excellent bedside manner. I felt warm and welcomed. She also made the x-ray experience painless and easy! The hygienist explained all of my concerns to Dr. Carly and when she arrived to talk about my teeth she was prepared and already knew what was going on with my teeth and what my concerns were. Dr. Carly also made me feel warm and welcomed. She was personable and relatable (as was the hygienist!). She made a great plan for my teeth moving forward and I feel like I am in excellent hands. I left my appointment feeling excited about my dental plan. Most dental offices have staff that know what they are doing professionally and can help you with your dental needs, but what puts this staff at the top, is their care for their patients. I truly feel like each staff member cares about me and my dental needs. They aren't just competent, they are truly caring, too! I HIGHLY recommend this office. I have never felt so safe and taken care of by any other dentist. You are in good hands if you come here!

I love this team! I always feel so cared for and listened to. Dr. Carly and her entire staff are so attentive. I would recommend this team to anyone, especially those who have any kind of anxiety about dentists.
