I had a dental filling a while back that they insisted I get. After the procedure I had pain that was not there before and after I notified them all of a sudden appointments were not available for months at a time. They attempted to fix the issue by sanding the filling down a little bit but overall pain never went away. Only after I reported this issue did their attitude change towards me. They seemed bothered instead of trying to help me out. Haven't gone back since.

We have found the Carlson Dental practice to be everything we've been looking for - highly professional, very personable, and with an emphasis on dental and overall health. It's been surprisingly hard to find that combination in this area - other practices we experienced were highly focused on upselling, and didn't demonstrate the breadth of relevant medical knowledge and practical support that we look for in our health professionals. The entire staff - from the front office to hygienists to dentists have all shared the same high-quality traits and welcoming nature. We're glad to consider the practice a part of our health care team.

As always, the staff at Dr. Carlson 's office were friendly, funny and accommodating today! If someone were to be having a bad day, you'd never know it! They are always cheerful and kind. Kudos to DR. CARLSON for being sensitive to those of us who are still scarred from childhood trauma in the dentist chair, and is willing to go the extra mile (s) to ensure our comfort. Both physically and mentally. As you may have guessed, I LOVE CARLSON DENTAL!!!

Dr. Carlson came to me as a recommendation from a friend who has been seeing him for years. So happy that we were able to find a dentist that is so kind and amazing with children. Tracy is amazing with my 3 year old and he leaves with a smile on his face. Completely recommend this practice.

I have had alot of experiences with different dentist and dental offices over the years. This was my second time seeing Dr. Carlson and his staff. They have exceeding my expectations in every way and I must say this is the best dentist and staff I have been to. Everyone was so kind and caring. Dr. Carlson took the time to explain all my options to me and never made me feel that he was rushed or I was just another patient. I trust his opinion and feel he is very honest. The rest of the staff where wonderful as well. I am very thankful that I finally found a dentist snd dental office I can trust and feel comfortable with. Thank you!!

Everything about my experience at Carlson Dental was outstanding! My hygienist April was pleasant, very professional, and encourages me to improve my dental hygiene. Dr. Carlson is very knowledgeable, professional, and has an outstanding chairside manner. Highly recommended!

I switched 2 years ago after 15+ years with previous dentist. Carlson has great people. Courteous, friendly and all about the patient. I have never had trouble getting my preferred appointment time nor any issues with insurance.

Love this dental practice! Tracy as a dental hygienist is pain free and does a wonderful job. Dr. Carlson is also pain free in every procedure and both are personable and kind. They are the best!
