Dr. Ascencio is such a great doctor. I originally went to Dr. Marcy Kazeminy, DDS Perla Family Dental on Story Road and King Road in San Jose. They originally told me they were in-network with my insurance. They took x-rays and did cleaning, Dr. March Kazeminy said I would need a root canal and a crown, I found that weird because my tooth didn't even hurt at all. I went with it, the following week I would've had the root canal done, I asked how much it would be with my insurance and they said they would email the co-pays. A couple of days before my appointment I got a HUGE quote because apparently they're not in-network. I immediately canceled my appointment and looked elsewhere. I found Dr. Ascencio through my insurance, so I wouldn't have any misshaps. He looked at my x-rays and said I wouldn't need a root canal, he had me come in for a few more checks and confirmed no root canal needed. He's not sure why the other office said I would, probably for the money! Dr. Ascencio is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He accommodates when needed and is straight forward with everything, no surprises. I'm so glad I found his office and will be a regular from now on.

Dr. Ascencio and his staff are very caring and professional. They make you feel comfortable as much as possible and explain all processes and procedures do that you can make the best, informed decisions about your teeth. I wish I knew of this office many years ago.

Dr. Ascencio and his staff are very caring and professional. They make you feel comfortable as much as possible and explain all processes and procedures do that you can make the best, informed decisions about your teeth. I wish I knew of this office many years ago.

Dr. Carlos Ascencio is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist. He listens to his patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures. Dr. Carlos Asencio and his staff are very professional and friendly. I would recommend him highly!
