Our team of dental professionals are lead by owner/operator Bruce H. Spivak, DMD, FICOI, FAGD. Dr. Spivak lives and works in the Carlisle with his wife, Marjorie, a native of Hollidaysburg, their three sons and their cat . An active member of the community Dr. Spivak is a member of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce, served as a board member & officer of theCarlisle Area Little Leagueand the Carlisle Boy Scout Pack 189. Dr. Spivak has coached Little League baseball, YMCA basketball and CAYS soccer teams. Dr. Spivak is an avid Penn State fan and frequently attends games in State College. He is also a die hard Yankee fan and enjoys skiing and golf.

Beth Lesh began assisting in 1978 and has loved the profession ever since. She has always tried to better herself by taking courses when available. She has taken assisting courses through North Carolina University. In 2002 she received her Expanded Function Dental Assistant degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. She received a 4.0 in her studies. She also completed an internship with a dental practice in the Harrisburg area. Beth is a former advisory committee member for the Cumberland-Perry Vocational Technical School in Mechanicsburg, PA
A graduate of University Of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine graduate (1987) Dr. Spivak has been voted atopDentistby his dental peers consecutively since 2008. He was also voted a 2016 Select Dentistin Central Pennsylvania (published) in the Susquehanna Style magazine.

He completed an externship in Oral Surgery at the Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C. during the summer of 1986. He also completed an externship in Restorative Dentistry at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia in 1987.
Dr. Spivak received a Bachelors of Science degree fromRutgers University, School of Environmental and Biological Sciencesin 1983, in the field of Food Science Chemistry. He served as a summer intern during 1982 and 1983 for the FMC Corporation, Food and Pharmaceuticals Products Division, located in Princeton, New Jersey. At FMC, Dr. Spivak performed research and development, product assurance and product control with an FMC patented product called Avicel, a form of microcrystalline cellulose. His work was published in Food Research Journals in 1983.
Dr. Spivak practiced dentistry in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia from 1987 to 1989. He practiced dentistry in downtown Washington, D.C, from 1990 to 1993. Dr. Spivak relocated to Carlisle,PA in 1994 where he took over for a retiring fellow University of Pennsylvania Dental School graduate, Dr. George Palmer.
