Dr. Carlisi is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down. I had been so afraid to see a dentist since I moved to Prescott. No more fear. Dr. Bob and his staff will be sure to calm anyone down and work so quickly and gently. Zero pain. Most excellent care. Thank you Doc and of course your whole staff. I'm your biggest fan. Bless you!

I'm on vacation here in AZ to visit my brother for his 50th Bday. I have a filling that has started to come out and is, consequently, ripping up my tounge. I called Dr Bower to see if he could fix it (my brother and his wife see him regularly) and he is on vacation this week as well. My brother texted the doc on his personal number and asked for a referral so that I could get my tooth fixed. The doc was very prompt in replying to my brother and I was able to get in to Dr Carlisi in Prescott within an hour of calling. Thank you SO MUCH for the referral!!! Dr Carlisi and his staff were SO VERY friendly and I really appreciate the time and care they took in addressing my problem with my filling coming out. Thank you also much for your care and concern, I really appreciate everything you did for me!!!!

Excellent experience with Dr. Carlisi and the entire staff! They take the time to get to know you and really listen to what is important. Very thorough and explain their processes very clearly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Robert Carlisi is a extraordinary DDS. He did restorative dentistry for me after my teeth were ruined from receiving 37 radiation treatments due to throat cancer. He is an artist. He deeply cares and calls to check on me after my visits. I've been going to him for 5 years I consider him a friend now.

I had terrible tooth pain. I was accommodated with an emergency visit right away and received the necessary treatment and referral needed for additional work. The staff is amazing. You receive personalized care. I highly recommend it.

Our dentist Dr. Wills retired, so we were referred to Dr.Carlisi! To our surprise, I heard a familiar voice over the phone when I called to make an appointment, it was Dr. Wills receptionist / assistant! I couldn't have been happier with the service I received today! From start to finish we were so happy and will absolutely be back! All of the girls in the office were wonderful! Dr. Bob was great! They all made our visit so welcoming! Thank you to Dr. Bob and his staff!

I worked in the field of dentistry as a dental hygienist for 45 years. After retiring and moving to Prescott I had to find a dentist. I chose Dr. Carlisi's office because of the reviews I read online and my call to his office to make an appointment. His front desk person was pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm more than pleased that I made that choice. Dr. Carlisi, and his staff, are all competent, professional, and caring. All my dental needs were met and the new crown Dr. Carlisi cemented in my mouth a couple of days ago is the best. My mouth feels like nothing ever happened! That's the sign of a good dentist!

I am one of those people who always gets regular check ups and follows doctors orders, but, like most, I am fearful of the pain I experience in going to the dentist. Dr. Carlisi has completely change that for me. He is a kind and gentle dentist and he really listens to his patients and their concerns. He has made sure that I am comfortable and he talks me through each procedure. I can't neglect to mention his amazing staff, especially Kelsey! I finally found my dentist and I am confident in recommending him whole-heartedly! He is AWESOME!!!

After moving to Prescott last year, a friend of mine recommended Dr Carlisi. What a huge blessing that was! Dr Carlisi is a very thorough dentist. He made me feel very comfortable with his cheerful manner. I've had three appointments with him and I will definitely continue to have him take care of my dental needs. His entire staff is always pleasant and professional!

My dad neglected his teeth because he could not find a dentist that he liked or that did good work when he moved here 25 years ago. When he started having pain last year, he went to another dentist that just wanted to keep pulling teeth and not give him any solutions to deal with the missing teeth. My dad heard about Dr. Carlisi from a friend and came to his office. Everyone here is great! I've come with my dad to the last few appointments and he's completely comfortable with everybody here. They're very patient with him and Dr. Carlisi explains everything in detail in a non-condescending way. My dad has a habit of not wearing his hearing aids so they're also nice enough to speak loudly to make sure that he understands what they're saying. Most importantly- my dad trusts everybody in this office. We now have a treatment plan that my dad is on board with so that we can help him eat more normally and be more comfortable. We both really appreciate Dr. Carlisi and his staff for all that they have done.

Dr Carlisi and his staff work together like a well oiled machine. I spend very little time waiting in the waiting room, in the chair having a procedure or checking out. Insurance and other quotes/billing are explained thoroughly. Alternative solutions have been shared so I always know my options. Add all of this to their kind nature, good senses of humor and understanding that dental work at times is not fun and you have the best combination for a dental office I have found. Trent Cold

I have been to many dental professionals throughout My life, and I can say that Dr Carlisi is on of the most caring and considerate dentist' that I have had provide my dental care! He and his staff provide a professional atmosphere and are always concerned about their patients comfort. I highly recommend this office!

I have been working with Dr Carlisi for several years, through cleanings, with and without braces, repairs, and extractions and we are still here, seven years later! I had shopped around through 4 other Prescott dentists before finding this best fit for my needs to be a partner in consultations. The office staff are kind and helpful, and Dr. Carlisi's personal touch with follow up phone calls after each procedure is so kind. I know that I will be comfortable in the chair. I recommend!
