Dr. John Carletti graduated from the University of Tennessee, School of Dentistry in 1963. He and his family then moved to Sapulpa, Oklahoma where he started his own private practice in 1964. The son of Italian immigrants, he was raised with a strong work ethic, a keen sense of self and the hunger to make his American Dream a reality. Dr. Carletti became a forerunner in the transition from general dentistry to cosmetic dentistry. He found gratification in not only saving teeth but creating beautiful smiles.

Today, Carletti Dentistry and Associates maintains this commitment to family and bringing smiles to the community. Three of Dr. John Carlettis children now make up the management team. Cathy Gebetsberger, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), oversees the administrative and operational functions of the practice while also connecting and supporting our community. Karen Summers, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), manages the companys finances in order to guarantee excellent patient care. Dr. J. Andrew Carletticontinues his fathers legacy by providing exceptional service in both general and cosmetic dentistry.

A native Oklahoman and second-generation dentist, Dr. J. Andrew Carletti graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in the year 2000. Dr. Carletti has been active in both his home community and dental community, with past achievements including being an advisory board member for the Salvation Army, a member of Sapulpa Rotary Club, a session member of his local church, a Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce board member and a United Way contributor. Dental achievements include being a longstanding member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry; participation in Give Back A Smile campaign, which provides free cosmetic dentistry to domestic abuse survivors; serving the Oklahoma Dental Association as a constitution and bylaws committee member; being a founding member of the Oklahoma Association of Cosmetic Dentistry; and being a member of the American Dental Association. Other dental achievements include expansive continuing education training in areas of cosmetic and general dentistry. Dr Carletti is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute and has advanced neuromuscular training, CEREC training, laser dentistry certification and DOCS oral conscious sedation certification. He also holds the distinction of being the first dentist in Oklahoma to be trained for and to provide facelift dentures utilizing neuromuscular techniques.

Dr. Lesley Maxwell joined Carletti Dentistry and Associates in 2012 and has been practicing general dentistry for over 10 years. Treating children, as well as adults, she has a special interest in Invisalign and placing and restoring dental implants. Dr. Maxwell is expected to complete her Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists by the end of 2020. Dedicated to promoting good dental health and providing exceptional dental care, she strives to create a positive dental experience for her patients.

Earning a biology degree and chemistry minor from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Dr. Maxwell graduated with honors. She worked as an orthodontics assistant for one year after college and went on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating in 2010. Dr. Maxwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Tulsa Country Dental Society. Giving back to the community is a very important part of her work. She is an Ambassador of the Bixby Rotary Medical Supplies Network and volunteers through Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dentistry Services, Catholic Charities, and speaks at local elementary schools educating children on the importance of good oral health and hygiene.

Dr. Stevens was born in Waxahachie, Texas, and spent most of her childhood in San Antonio. The youngest of three children raised in a Dominican/Cuban household, Dr. Stevens is fluent in Spanish. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio for undergrad and went to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She worked as a general dentist in the San Antonio area for several years before moving to Tulsa to marry her husband, Clint (also a dentist).

Committed to providing the best care for her patients, Dr. Stevens is always seeking out the best opportunities possible to further her education and skills set. In addition to being a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry, she has also been a study club member with The Pankey Institute and is currently a member of the prestigious Seattle Study Club. Among other things, Dr. Stevens is Invisalign certified. Even outside the practice, Dr. Stevens is often doing dentistry, volunteering locally to help those less fortunate, and has participated in several dental mission trips to other countries.

Away from the office, Dr. Stevens enjoys staying active with exercise and socializing her Pittie, Jhonny, at breweries. She is an avid reader, though you will only ever catch her with a real book in hand! Dr. Stevens has a bit of an old soul, with a taste for gardening along with arts and crafts projects. She also loves to travel with her family and friends, always looking forward to adding somewhere new to the list of places shes been!
