Dr. Carla Francis attended The University of Illinois in Champaign where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1983. She came to the Chicago land area to attend Loyola Dental School. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1987, she decided to make Chicago her home. She has worked at several practices in the western suburbs prior to 1998 when she purchased her own practice in Villa Park. Dr. Francis is an active member of The West Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society.

Dr. Francis and her staff are always caring and make me feel welcome. They work with my idiosyncrasies, keep me comfortable at all times, and produce great results. Recently, I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and Dr. Francis took me out of pain and discomfort and completed the treatment at the following appointment.

Dr Francis, Joy and Sandee are extremely friendly and professional. They try to be accommodating when I've needed to be seen on short notice because of a problem. The office is clean, they don't overbook, and they've got a great reminder system for my appointments. When my insurance changed five years ago, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a new dentist I could be happy with. Well, I'm happy here, and I would recommend Dr Francis and staff to anyone! By the way, the office is not fancy to look at from the outside... there's no dancing teeth in the windows or giant toothbrush out front. They're at the end of a strip mall and the sign above just says "General Dentist" but don't let that stop you from going in and giving them a chance. They're one of those hidden gems that will pleasantly surprise you!
