Dr. Carla is always up to expectations, she treated my husband four years ago and treated me with her professionalism. She made everything super easy and results are perfect. Really appreciate her perfect job.

Crazy day... My visit was interrupted by some woman who came in for her scheduled appointment with her CHILD expecting to be seen. When the office staff told her it wasn't allowed she tried to negotiate the terms by asking if she can just leave the child in the waiting room until she was done (smh) but the answer remained the same of course because of the liabilities ..so she got upset and demanded to speak with the dentist (Dr. Carla D.) After the doctor left the room to handle the (seemingly small) situation, I heard the woman yelling and using profanity just all around rude towards the doc and staff all because her appointment was booked months in advance and now she was being told she could not be seen because she had a child with her. She clearly wasn't going to take no for an answer so in a respectful manner she was told to leave and to look for another endodontist because disrespect will not be tolerated from anyone. I was kinda nervous when Dr. D. came back in the room to work on my teeth lol but instead of her having shaky hands from her nerves being a little worked up, she was very calm and lightened up the mood with a little humor. Thanks to the rude woman, I was given her 10:30 slot after my first procedure and got a second tooth worked on without having to book another appointment! Everything went smoothly and there was no pain what so ever. Thank you ladies for all that you do and a big thank you to Dr. D's assistant Sandra!

Worse place ever! I came in February for a consult double root canal infection they wouldn't give me an appointment till may to be treated. I arrive for my appointment today and was refused to be seen due to having my 4 year old son with me. I was told it is common sense you don't bring your kids to the doctors with you.. I was upset I am a loud voiced person to begin with so because I was talking loud and slipped the f word out staying that's f'n ridiculous and I been waiting forever to be treated I have never been turned away I told them I needed a fast appointment she the. Turned and stated she will longer treat me here and walked away. If this facility does not want children there they should list in on the site paper work in the office they claim they don't tell patients they don't want to offend someone but yet I am told it's Common sense.

I never have to worry when I visit Dr Dersarkissian. She's very professional, she explains things clearly and she takes her time to answering questions. She show that she cares about me when I'm in her chair as I'm sure she does with all of her patients. Excellent service, pleasant surroundings and great staff as well, I definitely recommend.

I'm beyond grateful for Dr. Dersarkissian, her dental assistant and the front desk team. I was having a dental emergency (tooth abscess, half my face swollen like a balloon) and fearing for my life. They were able to see me the same day and take care of me! They mentioned how busy they are, they don't even take lunch breaks! Now that's a team who cares about their work. They're pulling the load for all the inadequate doctors out there and it shows! I could go on and on how thankful I am that she is such an amazing doctor. Gives me hope that there's doctors like her! After changing my insurance it's been extremely hard to find doctors that care or will find the time. Sometimes it feels like an endless circle of trying to get care and feeling like a shell of a person because all the options have run out... American healthcare is scary... I feel more optimistic, i feel like a brand new person! The place was very clean and cozy. Thank you, Doctor Carla, i will never forget you and the angel that you are PS don't listen to the bad reviews unless you're an a**hole of a person. Treat others how you want to be treated and you will get the same treatment. Ya know, the golden rule is really true in life!

I don't know why people are saying bad things about the dr and staff because to me they were very polite and courteous that's my kind of dr and staff

Dr. C is super nice & professional! However her Assistant/Office Manager is very rude & has no respect for patients. She would just try to give you a hard time about anything & everything. Not helpful in any way unfortunately. Sadly because of her we will not be going back to Dr. C office. Best of Luck Dr. C! Big hug to you.

No compassion, a very rude Carla and staff. They would bully you into feeling less than a human if you need help with your teeth, I've never encountered "professionals" like this. I don't recommend this office. I got duped by the fake 5 stars reviews, be aware!

Dr Carla Dersarkissian and the ENTIRE OFFICE, are amazing, kind and welcoming. As much as I hate visiting the dentist for obvious reasons, It's always a great visit when I come to the office. We laugh, we joke, and they always take care of me and I leave smiling :)

Amazing place for root canals! If you're anxious to get numb Dr. Desarkissian makes it easy and less painful. She explains what everything is for and what she's doing which made me feel at ease. LOVE IT HERE. 10/10 RECOMMEND
