Great guy. A real perfectionist in all he/they do In the office. Safe clean and at the same east side location since the beginning of this odyssey with my missing front tooth. He was with me all the way to get it right and that he did. Thank you to the office staff assistants and the OGDDS himself Dr Carl Catoia for making it right. It's never too late to fix your smile. I am super self conscious about this but determined to share pics so you can see the work. Thanks again!!

Dr Catoia is a talented and caring doctor. He's fabulous said everything from Cleanings to tooth repair to cosmetic dentistry. All of the ladies in his office are pleasant, efficient and talented. I actually look forward to my twice yearly cleaning :-) I highly recommend Dr. Catoia and his office.

This rating is a reflection of the extremely rude and unprofessional office staff. My daughter visited today for an emergency bonding. Her front tooth ( which has been bonded previously some time ago) chipped. She lives in New York but attends college in Providence. She had a formal event in the evening so needless to say she wanted her tooth to be fixed. As soon as she walked in the office, she was immediately told by the receptionist, and I quote: " Who ever did you previously bonding did a horrible job." What the receptionist didn't know was that my daughter's bonding was done by the cosmetic dentist for the New York Islanders hockey team. My daughter was also told that the forms she filled out were done so sloppy that she should be a doctor because they have sloppy writing. Are we Bias here? Sensitivity training desperately needed. Instead of calming a young lady down and assuring her that everything would be OK, she walked out of the office in tears. Shame on you!

I've known Dr Cotoia for a long time now and although it's not always a pleasant thing to have to go to the dentist, but since the day I met Carl to my last visit with him, I have always left there feeling great with what he did for me and a smile on my face from the laughs we always have! He's a good guy and a talented dentist as well. You can't go wrong!

He actually cares. I'm one who doesn't like to go to the dentist because... And something that he said my first visit that really helped me a lot. His exact words "you'll never leave here worse than when you came in". And I can assure you that my case wasn't on the light side of things. And when I say case, I mean teeth.

Dr. Carl has been my dentist for decades. He has taken care of various urgent problems that have arisen by coming in on weekends and at night, without complaint and with no extra charge! Going to his office is actually fun as it is well run, everyone is competent, kind, friendly and he is always welcoming, remembers every patient and is concerned for their welfare. No other dentist comes close to his talents!

Dr. Carl has been my dentist for decades. He has taken care of various urgent problems that have arisen by coming in on weekends and at night, without complaint and with no extra charge! Going to his office is actually fun as it is well run, everyone is competent, kind, friendly and he is always welcoming, remembers every patient and is concerned for their welfare. No other dentist comes close to his talents!
