Dr Glassman has the best bedside manner. Even after 4 years he remembered I was pregnant the last time he saw me. In addition to a warm and caring personality, he is extremely skilled. He answered all my questions and concerns I had about zirconia implants and I never felt rushed. Having two offices, one on Scottsdale and one in Sedona is extremely helpful. Since timing was important, (I was in-between pregnancies) I did drive to Scottsdale for my actual procedure. I was able to do my initial visit and followup visit at the Sedona office.

As a 25 year veteran of dentistry, I can tell you that this office is the most professional, yet laid back group of people in the field that I have ever known. This, in addition to the excellent service provided by the staff and the Doctor, makes for a very wonderful experience. With any surgical procedure, you have the process of preparing to care for the patient(s) post-op, and helping them through the healing phase. With 2 young adult sons, much taller than I am, it was a challenge. But, the staff was so helpful and provided us with what we needed to keep on top of the swelling and discomfort. I have never had a negative experience in my multiple interactions with either of the locations. This team is top notch. You won't be disappointed!
