Dr. Carl is famous for the many beautiful smiles he has created over the years and for taking great careof his patient's oral health. He is up to date on all the latest research and has kept the office full of the mostcutting edge technology.
Tina has worked for Dr. Carl for the past sixteen years and is loved by all of our patients because of her sweet demeanor and her genuine love of people. With her great communication skills and positive attitude, Tina sets the bar for delivering quality patient care to our patients and helps Dr. Carl maintain a smooth running office. She has two daughters that have given her three beautiful grandchildren. Between her three dogs and three grandchildren, Tina still has time to follow her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, (we let her keep her job despite that!).
Lori is our patient / insurance coordinator and has been a vital part of Dr. Carls team for fifteen years. She can always be found with a smile and a positive attitude and she enjoys connecting with patients and is helpful and effective at communicating their dental treatment needs. Lori is the mother of two children, Shonelle and Isaiah, and she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play football and reading.
Jessica has been Dr. Carls hygienist for the past eighteen years and she excels at building strong, long lasting relationships with her patients and co-workers. Jessica is very good at communicating and educating each of her patients and is dedicated to improving her patients oral health. In her spare time she is a world class pool player! She enjoys tough competition playing the game of nine-ball in local, state and national tournaments. She looks forward to seeing you soon!
Heather was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and has been practicing hygiene for the past thirteen years. She enjoys building personal relationships with her patients, while educatingthem on maintaining optimum oral health. Heather is the proud Mom to three adorable children who keep her very busy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys family time, running, traveling and giving back to others in her community
Rose Mary has been working as a Registered Dental Assistant with Dr. Carl for thirty years! She is extremely well respected and has built a relationship of trust and quality care with our patients. Rose Mary is the mother of five children and one granddaughter and she enjoys spending time with her large extended family and likes to go camping and quad riding on her days off.
Nikki is in her fourth year as a dental assistant, and enjoys working with the team in our high tech office. Shehas a natural ability to connect with people, whichmakes her a perfect fit for Dr. Carl's practice. She is working towards getting her R.D.A. license and aspires to be a dental hygienist. Nikki grew up in the Monterey Bay area and her interests outside of work include spending time with her family, (especially her new born son Victor Jr.!), and enjoys an array of outdoor activities.

Excellent care from both Heather, the hygienist, and from Dr Carl, in explaining something that needs to be done. Excellent scheduling and appt. reminders. Definitely quality office.

Dr Carl and his staff are wonderful. They are always in good spirits and happy to help you in any way. I love my Hygenist, Heather...she is alway very thorough! I know that Dr Carl has to be a wonderful boss, because he has had the same staff for a very long time...that says it all!!! Sue U Carmel

As a newer patient of Dr. Carl, I was impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere and attention I was given by Dr. Carl and his professional staff. His cap, crown and closure procedures have proven to be excellent. In house 3D dental appliance printing is a pleasant convenience. I highly recommend his practice. Heather makes seeing a hygienist a pleasure.

Dr. Carl and his staff are amazing !!! Went in to get a crown, thought my appointment was for the temporary, but he was able to put the permanent crown in one appointment. Wonderful place to have your teeth taken care of....honestly.

MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE An office visit here can be pleasant or a nightmare. They may or may not actually accept your insurance AFTER intentionally marketing to veterans and pretending to have a work order approval. They may or may not meet deadlines to receive said insurance payments. They may or may not mail you a bill demanding payment a year after treatment, you may or may not be able to speak directly to anyone who can give forthright information, someone will always speak to you politely, but may or may not do what they promise to do. Dr. Carl and his passively aggressively hateful first mate, Christina the great, will treat you as a fool for asking if this office has invested in laser drill technology. Morgan the front desk will send you unreadable corrupted micro files when you ask for copies of your xrays, but possibly only after 3rd time asking. I'm a disabled Iraqi war veteran meticulously selected "DR. Carl" Trusting I'd be treated with dignity and respect and professionalism. Only the dental hygienist deserves credit those categories. Shameful pathetic treatment I've been subjected to. Direct calls without emails, collection notices, threats to my credit, and flip flopping info from each person I speak to. Can't figure out if they are fishing for double payment or if I'm literally their first veteran and they willfully chose to not follow protocol to receive payment. The VA has always paid all their bills in my 22 years experience with them. So please Dr. Carl help me understand why you expect me to pay you out of my pocket a year later for work I have a receipt for be already paid. You should pay me for the gas, time and hotel I had to pay for so you could "fix" your work to relieve excruciating pain your lack of excellence subjected me to. Make this bill go away immediately or I will make very sure to generously share our story with all Bay Area consumer review platforms and appropriate Veterans Administration representatives.

Visiting Dr. Carl's office is one of the most pleasant dental experiences I've had. The staff is so friendly and always very happy to see me. I never have any concern about pain because the hygienist is so gentle and Dr. Carl has such a steady hand. The office is always so clean and I love to sit back and listen to some music or watch television as I'm having my work done. And You can't beat the pricing it's always so fair and upfront. I definitely give Dr. Carl five stars out of five. Always an outstanding experience.
