Dr. Sarah was so wonderful with my 11 year old daughter who had a baby tooth that refused to come out on its own. She comforted her, eased her into a simple extraction- which was huge as this was my daughter's first invasive procedure she's ever had. I use that word loosely as it was just a stubborn tooth- to my daughter this was the scale of removing a vital organ. Dr. Carino showed her the topical gel and just had the best bedside manner. She was able to pop that little tooth out with a small piece of gauze and my daughter could hardly believe she was done. She was sent home with an adorable tooth holder. Since the appointment my daughter has asked to go back to just see Dr. Carino, because of how kind she is. I cannot recommend this practice enough, they cared for my daughter as though she was the most important patient they had seen that day. A testament to their dedication to providing high quality treatment in a way that contradicts the old central dogma of the field.

I just have to say, the Carino practice rocks. I needed to have my chipped front tooth fixed. I called, the office ladies gave me an appointment after I got off of work, and I was out with a nice smile, in less than 30 mins. THANK YOU!

I have been a patient of the Carino practice for several years. I show up every six months for my check ups and then usually spend the next several weeks in treatment for whatever issue has developed with my soft teeth. Needless to say I have spent many thousands of dollars with this practice. Yesterday I had an accident in which my front tooth was broken in half. After a short recovery from the trauma I phoned the office for an emergency appointment and was offered an appointment in three days. While injured and in disbelief, I responded to the very curt receptionist, that this is an emergency and I needed something sooner, only to be told that there was nothing else. Fortunately after phoning around I found a dentist with care and compassion who agreed to stay after hours to temporarily bond my tooth until it could be repaired permanently. That is the customer service that I expected from my long time dentist and that is the customer service that I should have received from the Carino practice. Unfortunately this did not happen and I have now found a new caring dental practice.

As usual, I had a fantastic experience with all of the folks at Carino Family Dentistry! We started on time; I got to watch a "fixer-upper" show on the overhead tv; and the examination and cleaning I received were thorough and efficient. Thumbs-up!

I had my first appointment with Carino Denistry and it was awesome. Let me say that Lauren was awesome! She did my cleaning and was so knowledgeable and made recommendations that had not been made before. I can't thank her enough. I will say again, the cleaning she gave me made me feel like my teeth had never been cleaned before. The recommendations she made I know will be helpful because I am having those issues, thank you again for great and personal service.

Service is fine. Office Manager, Stephanie, definitely another story. She took upon herself to suggest and then canceled all my future appointments, basically telling me to take my business elsewhere. I agreed and fine by me. So I am taking all of my family dentist business elsewhere. I guess they have lot of business and need to trim. Again fine by me.
