Worst urgent care I've been too! They told us our appointment got rescheduled to 330, but to show up 30 min early which was fine. We show up do the paper work then they tell us out appointment wasn't until 4.. we waited until almost 430 and never seen a dr. So we was there for 1 1/2 hrs and never send a dr.. It was so hot in there and our baby was crying we ended up leaving and going to Hoos pediatric in Muskogee! Much better choice!

I've been going to Caring Hands since I moved to McAlester. It's had it's up and downs in the past 11 yr.s Yesterday I had an apt. to discuss my medication at my request. I had been put on a med. yr.s ago and I like it. The company that makes the med decided to jack up the price from 12. to 200.00 Dr. Zellmer went above and beyond to make sure I have access to this medicine and even cheaper than what I was paying before. He also discussed my other options just in case and explained the medication to me and how it works, He called me not once but 3 times just to make sure I had the information and medication I needed. I was very impressed and felt like I mattered. I can't thank him enough. The staff was also amazing and I felt very grateful for all of them.

Update: Still nothing. Guess I'll find another dentist. Can't seem to get them to return any calls. Pretty sure the phone recording says their lunches are from 12 to 1 but now all of a sudden it's 1 to 2. Not sure if they're wanting any more business. The dentists are amazing. Office employees seem to be a joke

I was drawn in with a mens health promotion. Which led to follow ups, labs, etc... I really loved the idea of a one stop set up. But the communication from these facilities are terrible. Appointment set up, wait times, staff gone on appointment days, conflicting directions from staff to staff, no interim prescription refills, etc. I am thoroughly fed up. Do not waste your time. Stick with your family health care providers.

Won't answer me, keep me rescheduling at my inconvenience, don't inform me the psych Dr. is gone... Won't give me my referrals so I sit and suffer in silence. Thanks. What "caring hands" y'all have.

I called to find out if Soonercare covers blood pressure cuffs. I was told that they have them. They said yes. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE !!!! DISINFORMATION IS HARMFUL.

Having problems breathing and have been sitting here waiting for over an hour after I've been checked in and no triage, appointment time was over an hour ago. I've watched four people walk in with no problem and I'm still here waiting. Horrible.

I am leaving 2 stars for Stacy Scroggins and her male nurse and the phlebotomist. They are the only reason I'm leaving this review. They are amazing and the only reason I keep coming here. As for the other staff, they are very rude and inconsiderate. Especially the blonde screener. They act as if they don't care if you get better or not. Some of the nurses here have had the nerve to tell me, "I don't know what's wrong with you," They don't care if you can't get into your patient portal even if you've been going here 3 years like I have. If you can, go elsewhere.

Waste of money. Went in for a "wellness check". They didn't say anything about not getting the tests I wanted done. $90 to wait 35 minutes for the doctor to come in. Spend 3 minutes. After they tested me for covid she refused to take other tests and was worried about " time ". Nice to know $90 "wellness check" equals 3 minutes and no tests being run that I wanted

Run, do not walk, away from these people. Go only if you have no other choice. I'd rate them less than one star if I could.

If it's your last resort or only option, they're fine. Otherwise the primary care portion is awful with terribly rude individuals. They communicate about as well as a two year old and if the information they give you is wrong... well good luck Charlie.
