Alicia Gittleman DMD do not trust her get second opinion. Mandatory X-rays - look through prior reviews. It is a theme here. It is not possible to get a simple cleaning without the above. I have no dental issues and had X-rays taken less than a year ago at another dentist. All records were transferred. We waited over 3 months for an appointment and drove over an hour to be told it's X-rays or the door. They are all-ways late on they appointments. They where late for 45 min. They send personal to answer your questions, and the personal had to leave the room for long time before she can have a response on your question. Be prepared to hear a lot I am not sure and i do not know that. The total time of the appointment last 2:35 min. If you ask them a question when they suggest stuff or procedures they do not like it.If you do not do as they say they will suggest you go other practice. They refuse to give you cheaper option. They do not care for they patients they are money hungry. They have luck of communication with each-other. Do not go there do yourself a favor .

This was my first appointment with Caring Family Dentistry, They were outstanding, They explained themselves and told me everything that needed to be done ! They are also going to fix my other issues I had with my teeth from another dentist. Thanks to My sister Jennifer Ramsey for telling me to go. I have gone back a couple of times know and let me tell you, They are the best Dentist ever. They fix my bottom teeth that I spent a lot of money on from another Dentist, The other Dentist screwed up my teeth so bad they didn't even care. I would recommend them to everyone

CFD is a business first and a medical site second. My teeth are barely crooked. My lower incisors are a bit wonky, but no dentist has ever told me it's a significant issue. Still, after one appointment, they put me in some fancy room and tried to sell me some crazy expensive adult Invisalign product I did not need. I told the hygienist at my last appointment that I was losing my insurance, so she had me speak to the front desk. I asked them how much a cleaning would be, and they told me it'd be around 120 bucks. I asked them, "can you guarantee if I come in here again, I will only have to pay for a teeth cleaning and maintain the right to deny other recommended services? I don't want to be surprised with a bill I can't afford." They essentially told me no because it would interfere with their "standard of care" or something like that. They proceeded to suggest I sign up for one of their "medical credit cards" which is just about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They want your money over everything else.

I love this place and the employees! 2 years ago (pre-covid) was my first time here and I had not seen a dentist in 10years due to moving a few times, work, and college... I was so nervous and embarrassed because it had been that long but the employees were very calming, compassionate, and caring. They made me feel comfortable! After my first visit COVID hit and since I work in the health care field I did not go until just recently. Since I work in a doctor's office I always check out my other appointments to see what my office can do better/work on or if we do the same thing. There was a long line at check in but the receptionist had a smile and was very polite and checked people in in matter minutes ( including confirming patient identifies which can take a bit of time if you have changed address or phone number)! I was soon called in after! I had a tech Heidi who was amazing! She had a great sense of humor and we chatted about the different fields we worked in. She was outstanding! Dr. Gittleman was just as amazing as Heidi as well! She is very sweet, smart, and personable! I really highly recommend coming here if you would like an amazing dentist office to go to especially if you always get nervous or anxious about going to the dentist like I do! (PS no cavities!!!!)

I have been a patient with Caring Family Dentistry for about three years and every experience with their care and professionalism has been extremely positive. Their equipment and dental techniques are state-of-the-art and, for me, the procedures have been less invasive and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who is seeking a new dental office.
