Caring Dental is exactly what the name implies! From the call to make an appointment, to follow up calls to confirm my appointment. Greeted at the front desk when I arrived, and taken the care to see that I was treated like a family member. The Doctor, the assistant, and the receptionist were all so accommodating. I love them all!

I went there and got a cleaning the person that did my deep cleaning was rushing she did not look at the dentist report because some of my teeth are sensitive she did not numb my mouth I had to tell her to. Then she only put the numbing gel I still was feeling the sensitivity so she avoided the area of the sensitivity. She did not give me any protective Eyewear the water and the particles was all over my face and eyes water running down my neck and back during the whole procedure I have never experienced nothing like this before. It's my first time going here I had a great dentist before which was Designing Beautiful Smiles Dentist but I switched dental insurance and that office doesn't take my new insurance so I had to find a new dentist so I picked this company I have an appointment with them in Feb 2023 I hope today was just a bad day but if this happens again I will be finding myself a new dentist!!!! Everyone at the office was very pleasant and tried to make me comfortable and explained everything they were going to do . As usual Dr Tommie and her assistant made sure I understood what was the plan and how they were going to implement it . They made sure they answered my questions and addressed my concerns in advance

Staff is terrific. No waiting, always keep to appointment schedule. Illustrate everything on TV screen as to what service need(s)/will be provided. Polite and gentle. Cons: none

I had been going to this same office for 30 years. The Doctor retired and didn't say good-bye or Thank you for all the years of loyalty. I am glad he Sold the practice to this new Doctor and her team. Issac has done a great job on my last 2 cleanings. I feel very comfortable staying at this office. Thank You

The only thing I have to share at this time is I've visited the Sunrise office three times and each time I've had a different hygienist. I really like the lady that I had on my first visit there last year. I believe she was a temp, but very good at her job and very professional. I don't remember her name, but get her back! Roma

The name ''Caring Dental'' justify my experience on my first visit. Truly loving, caring and professional people in every possible way. A personal follow up call from the doctor to check up on me, was a first for me. Thank you Dr. Tommie, Samantha and all the other assistants ant Caring Dental.
