Just finished extraction on Alexandria location worse customer service ever, I usually go to one in falls church and they always excellent on their service. Will never come to this Alexandria location

Don't go to Dr Mahsa, she's money hungry will double book patients and leave you waiting just so she can get money, I wanted to get one filling done she tried to convince me to do multiple fillings done all at once and I heard her with the front desk asking how much will insurance cover so it wasn't for patient's benefit to do all of them. And I felt she was just trying to rush me and not hear me or my complaint. I'm switching practices because of her. I don't know about other doctors but I'm not willing to try. Worst doctor ever

Dr Noor is my dentist, she is awesome ,,,,she had a very nice personality and spirit,calm and knowledgeable,,,,I recommend her for anyone seeking an excellent dental care...I would like also to thank Dr Adam for taking care of his offices ,,they are really clean and sophisticated,,,the staff are friendly Keep the good work.

If you are new to Alexandria, I definitely recommend this office! I just moved in not too long ago and this was the first office that called and set up an appointment that day! I was surprised! I haven't had a checkup in years because of bad experiences with the dentist, but Dr. Shahidi was extremely friendly, careful, and explained the treatment very well. Very grateful I found this office.

Be aware of the oral surgeon! She is rude and rushes through the procedure and doesn't care about the patient's pain.

This was the most horrific dental experience of mine I have ever had . They pressured and encouraged me I to getting work done that I am not sure was necessary, they trying to collect all your benefits from your insurance which most of the works aren't necessary, the root canal and crown that she placed in was not necessary and never right , after a week I had a bed pain in that tooth and I call them to schedule an appointment to check what is wrong, she give me some pain relief medicine and asking me to pay from your packet, because the collect all your benefits from your insurance the 2nd time visit will not cover by insurance, they are not responsible anymore the did their job . Never do roots canal in this place if some thing happened they will do nothing to you you need to pay from your packet

Caring Dental is a great place to go take care of your teeth. They have all specialties in the office. The dentists take time to answer all your questions and never feel rushed. Extremely clean office, friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience and I recommend Caring Dental for all your dental needs.

I was looking for a new dentist and boy I am glad I found them. I was calling around to see who takes my insurance and when I noticed I called this office before the time they opened I received at text. Then shortly after opening they called me back. I spoke to the lovely receptionist who was so patient with me and answered my long list of questions. Usually people get annoyed, but not her I felt she so professional and patient. When I got there they screened me for COVID which I appreciate and then I waited just a few minutes before I was called back. The office is gorgeous by the way very modern and sleek and so is the rooms (updated technology). Seems like they are with you every step of the way. They showed me mouth through xray and actual pictures (cool). I chatted with the xray assistant she was extra nice and then to put the icing on the cake they did my extraction and I didn't even feel it, because I was so distracted by wearing headphones and watching TV at the same time while they extracted my tooth (genius). Oh the young female doctor who talks fast is awesome and she knows her stuff. I was wowed by the time I left there I was like ok I'm transferring my children. Sorry I am bad with remembering names so I am not able to say.

Wonderful caring dentist! They assess the situation with your teeth very thoroughly and include you in every step. They make a difference in dental care and it shows. They have specialists for a multitude of different procedures. I'm vey impressed and glad they are nearby!

the worst staff and management i have ever seen, very irresponsible staff and scheduling service, they give u appointment u take off from work and ready to go to appointment then they call u that our dentist is on vacation and give u another appointment then they do this again and again and forever. they did this thing 4 times with my husband.i don't recommend them at all.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Very clean office. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family I saw Dr Noor very nice Doctor. I would highly recommend Caring Dental to anyone!!!
