Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Dr.Umansky is hands down the best! I've developed anxiety around going to the dentist but he's been a pleasure ! He takes his time and is gentle so a lot of that anxiety has been relieved. You can tell he loves what he does. I've had to get filings done and he gives ample time for the numbness to kick in before starting which is appreciated. He's very informative and will happily explain the issues to you without judgment and has always answered any questions I've had. Not only his is great, but his assistant is super friendly and helpful!

I've got nothing but great things to say about this practice. Both Dr. Prasad and Dr. Umansky are great at what they do! I just had an appointment with Dr. Umansky, and I left the office with so much knowledge that I'm excited to floss now! This office visit was amazing--Dr. Umansky is so knowledgeable, funny, and cheery, I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face and some fun facts about teeth.

I was very scared to be going to a dentist for the first time since 2018. But the office was very clean and Dr. Prasad was very nice and so was his assistant. They were quick and told me all the information I needed.

Dr. Prasad at Caring Dental is easily the best dentist I've been to, and I have seen quite a few dentists this year for chronic toothache and switching for moving/insurance reasons. I had a fear of going to the dentist (dentophobia) and it feels nonexistent with Dr. Prasad - he was super caring, gentle, informative and took his time. Nothing went into my mouth without consent and I actually felt like I had a say in the treatment unlike other dentists I've visited (who for example, commanded I needed an emergency root canal and would cost $$$). Also, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is apparent from the first call you make and the visits have been smooth and efficient. I only wish I had switched to them sooner -- I highly recommend to new patients!

scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for 5 pm. just came in and they're closed. not out for lunch. closed. says they're open til 7. no one called to reschedule anything with me. no voicemail. nothing. wasted my time & now i gotta come back for my mfing cleaning. ridiculous

I had to give this place one star, First of all , I get a call at work from someone name RENAE , asking if I could come in early, which I said thats fine, meanwhile I travel through rush hour traffic to get there which was annoying enough for it to just become a waste of gas and drive!! first of all parking is horrible and you don't know where you can park. second I walk in and I wasn't even greeted properly at all!! I was a new patient and she didn't even acknowledge that. I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND SEEING THIS JUST TOTALLY TURN ME OFF RIGHT AWAY, at first she couldn't find my appointment, which confused me because I got call earlier saying to come in early.... like what??? then she told me to sit down. meanwhile there were other patients waiting to be seen , yet you told me you had cancellations and to come in. you had a 5:00 waiting but told me to come in at 5:00 !! like really.!!! after waiting 15-20 mins , I finally had enough and came up the receptionist and said I am a new patient , do you need my insurance card and papers and she was like you are ? with a seriously confused face... LIKE HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT!!! and then took my insurance card. and scan it and told me to sit down . then call me again to tell me that I am not even on the list....... LIKE Really you had me sit there the whole time to tell me that I am not even on the list !! and then say but I can make you a appointment .. NO I DON'T want another appointment... I don't ever want to come back, Worst customer experience ever and also right when you walk in , THE SMELL ALONE OF THE OFFICE MAKES YOU WANT TO WALK OUT. I can't say anything bad about the dentist because I wasn't even seen but I would say they need to work on TRAINING THEIR STAFFF WITH BETTER OF PATIENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !! NEVER COMING BACK !! THIS ACTUALLY MAKE ME WANT TO SWITCH MY PLAN AND GO BACK TO MY OLD DENTIST.!!!

I am so happy with the service I received from this practice. I had cracked one of my molars and they managed to squeeze me in as a new patient AND completely repair the tooth (which I was afraid would need to be extracted) in the same day. The staff is friendly and professional, and made it such a pleasant experience!
