Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Treat you more like a number than a person here. Miscommunication and lack of customer service is apparently the customers fault

Dr. Patel is a great dentist! I haven't been to the dentist in a while had a little bit of anxiety. She was so warming and gentle. 10/10 experience!

I haven't been to the dentist in a fairly long time! So clearly I had some anxiety going in. The staff and physicians were nothing but great! 1000 percent recommend coming here! Feels great knowing that bedside manner still matters to physicians! Good job team! You guys are amazing! -Anna Ocampo

This is by far the best dentist. I have been lucky to find this place. I was in search of a dentist that one worked on kids, two didn't try to rip me off, and three, was just overall good people. The dentist is so patient and polite and treats my daughter so kindly. I would definitely recommend.

This is the place if you have problems with anxiety!!! This whole staff is so nice and helpful! I was dreading finding a new dentist after my move that I kept putting it off. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed by their welcoming nature and knowledge that I'm now wondering why it took me so long! I also love their sense of humor to lighten things--it helps with that anxiety! Update: just came back for the last of the work I needed done. Superb! If you have anxiety going to the dentist, you need to come here. I sometimes cried having to go and I didn't dread this at all. Dr. Patel and her staff is a pleasure to work with and exceptional at their job. 2022 UPDATE! Broke my tooth, and they were able to save it, which in itself was amazing! Again, no anxiety whatsoever. They are so kind and patient, I can't recommend them enough!

I have extreme dental anxiety, but I felt very comfortable at this office. The doctor and hygienists were very gentle and kind. Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied,dr.patel is awesome.she talks to me like a human. She always explains what's going on in my mouth.never talks down to me or makes me feel bad about the state of my teeth.i ve had two extractions came out like butter.one of them I was told by multiple dentists it needed to be surgically removed due to its state.nope she pulled right on out. Staff and assistants are super polite and caring. Between them and the dentist it's the best.go here if you can

I don't even want to give a 1 star right about now..I am sooo upset with today's appointment 2-9-22..I was supposed to get a tooth extracted and I had mentioned prior to scheduling it that I want to be sedated, well when I went for the first appointment for it, they didn't remember I said that and let me know that the oral surgeon will have to do it and he Comes in Wednesdays so I needed to reschedule because I would have to fast and stuff, I was ok with that...So I fast for 12hours and had been up for 20 hours due to working, I had to drive an hour away to my appointment and I still didn't get my tooth pulled because the oral surgeon whom name I don't know because he never properly introduced himself and was talking to me behind my head said because of my health history he couldn't sedate me...this Should have been told to me before I came back a second time..I am Very Disappointed in this practice and I never had problems like this when Dr. Gierman was in practice here, I hate he left. I didn't care for the Chairside manners of the oral Surgeon I felt he was rude with some of the remarks he made to me all because he didn't take the time to look at my chart.
