I was getting work done here but ended up having to go somewhere else for insurance purposes. I went to another dentist where they took new x rays and showed me where the tooth the dentist had filled in the front still had cavity all around the filling and the filling was done badly. Waste of money and now I have to get their mistake fixed.

Absolutely satisfied with Carewell Dental. Office staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, and the dental assistants and doctors work seamlessly to ensure a smooth, positive experience. Communication with patients is superb, they take their time at cleanings to ensure a thorough job, and they don't push unneeded sales on you. Environment is modern and well equipped. Looking forward (as much as possible) to working with them with Invisalign.

I have been going to Carewell for about 7 months. Each time I have a visit I am pleased by the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. I used to hate and fear going to the dentist, Carewell has changed my perspective! Thanks!

I must admit it has been a couple years since my last dentist visit. The last dentist I had left a real bad taste in my mouth, (pun intended), and turned me off from going back. The experience I had today was a complete opposite. Everyone there was polite, courteous, and professional. I went in with a hole in my tooth, not sure if we would need a follow up to fix it. The hygienist that was tending to me (I'm sorry I don't remember her name, and would hate to guess it wrong.)graciously decided to forgo her lunch so they could get my tooth fixed today. Totally unnecessary, but I felt that she actually cares about her job and people in general. The procedure was painless, and I am really happy with the outcome. Thanks to all of you at Carewell, and you will be highly recommended when anyone asks me about a dentist. Wish you all a Happy New Year, and thanks again.

This is Lisa Aucoin, and my experience with carewell has been nothing but exceptional every time I have gone in. All staff are extremely friendly, nice and smart! The hygenist cleaning my teeth discuss with me proper ways of cleaning and give me some good insight. The dentist is wonderful, she takes great care of any issues I have and even when I went in to get work done, my daughter had to come with me and they let her get prizes from a treasure box which made my daughter so excited. The office is always very clean and I love the modern look. I'm so happy I'm right near you guys it's such a quick visit for me! Thank you for all that you do even during this COVID time, I felt very comfortable due to their precautions in place.

Wonderful practice! All providers in this practice are compassionate and truly take their time with all patients. The office staff are sweet , kind, and knowledgeable. Office is extremely clean with strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols. A 10/10 for resolving longstanding TMJ concerns of mine which shows a dedication and commitment to new research and methods. Would highly recommend!

I had the same dentist for 25 years and decided to make a change because he left the practice. Living in Rutland I decided to go with Carewell. I am very happy with my first experience and felt I received the same care as I had with my previous provider. My wife will also switch over to Carewell.

Dr. Nair and her staff are always very nice and helpful. She did a filling on me today. She also made a night guard for me because I grind my teeth. Next I am looking to do Zoom whitening. This office does it all. I have been a patient her for about 10 years and wouldn't change a thing. Carewell Dental is clean and follows guidelines for COVID.

I have never had a positive experience at this dentist and they have made mistakes in at least two of my procedures that I needed to have fixed by other dentists, because the dentist here failed to mention to me how she left a cavity in my tooth that she was supposed to fill and also filed my teeth completely crooked. If you value your teeth enough to visit a dentist, avoid Carewell Dental at all costs. EDIT: since I am unable to respond to the "answer" given by the business stating that they don't have a record for my being a patient there - which just further highlights their complete incapacity for simple tasks such as organization - I certainly did have multiple services done there as I went regularly for years and have the x rays with the dentists name on them to prove it. The fact they 'cannot locate' any records of mine is almost comical because there's nothing I would love more than to never have gone to this dentist once let alone over years while I was between ages 12-18.
