The actual dental service received was not bad. The harassing MULTIPLE phone calls when I took my business someplace is not acceptable. Inability to process a request to not to be called to make a new appointment is a basic requirement of dental services. I don't recommend anybody received services or give them personal information like your phone number.

I called them this morning about a toothache and the receptionist was super nice and said they can fit me in at 330pm the same day! I was so relieved that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff and checked in. I didn't even have to wait until I was escorted back for my checkup and x-rays! Awesome! After x-rays were done the Dentist was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. I had the problem fixed in no time. They scheduled me for a follow up visit. I was very pleased with the time I spent there. Now I can enjoy my happy smile. Thanks Carewell Dental!

I went in to have a cavity fixed. Day of app dentist says he need 2hrs to do everything. So i had too reschedule and wait another week. I'm back the dentist replaces all my old filings. I was only there for 50 min and says I'm done. I leave next day tooth were cavity was it looked like the filing came out. I went back in the next day and the dentist wasn't in but the female dentist looks at my tooth and says you have a big cavity no filing was put in. So the main dentist totally ignored what I was there for and did work I didn't ask for and charged my insurance 1hour more than it took. The female dentist told me I needed a root canal. Needless to say the male dentist who is the owner didn't say any thing or do anything regarding the reason I evan went there. If you go there you do so at your Own risk! The test of staff are good the male dentist and owner isn't he needs tio go back tio school.

Do your self a favor and go across the street to Huntington Beach Modern Dentistry, You'll be glad you did!!!
