Carevide is endorsed as a patient-centered medical home. All five medical sites at Carevide are recognized as a Level Two Patient Centered Medical Home by The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of health care organizations including hospitals, clinics and insurance companies.
To earn a Level Two recognition, a practice must score high marks in NCQAs nine elements of quality care. Some of the elements are: access and communication, patient self-management and disease management support, continuous quality improvement, care coordination and team based care.

Went in in March of last year. Got a cleaning and needed a filling redone. Still waiting 10 months later to get it done. They wont schedual any farther than 2 weeks out. Now I have to have a cleaning again and then set another appointment for the filling because they have a new dentist. My time is limited and they obiviously dont want to work with you. It's almost an hour drive for me. Need someone closer and more fexible. Low income is a joke.

Last week I called to ask questions. Then I went to call to make an appointment for 2 days and no one answered even with me calling repeatedly. Called this morning to make an appointment and they told me that as of today they no longer take adult patients.

The only good thing about this place is it is mainly for low income families. As far as calling and getting an appointment, forget it. They won't answer their phones. I guess they think there time is too precious to bother. Well, my time is precious to me too. I know they ignore the phones because I've been there when the phones are ringing off the hook and they're too busy gossiping or filing their nails to bother. What a f------ joke. If I could give it a minus one, I would.

Called two days before showing up they told me they take walkins till 11 and that was the end of conversation. I show up at 830 and they tell me they cant see me and i should of been here before 730. What a joke of a place total bs and they have the worst attitudes ever.

Sure the wait is a little long at times. But the staff is excellent, patient, and understanding. Dr. Bailey is a miracle worker! No pain for a pulling. Iwas in the chair for maybe 20 minutes! I would recommend CHSA to anyone!

Long wait but worth it. I hate going to the dentist but here the dentist and staff are wonderful and make u feel so comfortable. The dentist explains everything and takes her time and manages to make the shots painless! #1 dentist in my book

Long wait but worth it. I hate going to the dentist but here the dentist and staff are wonderful and make u feel so comfortable. The dentist explains everything and takes her time and manages to make the shots painless! #1 dentist in my book

My husband has had many teeth pulled,in his life time. Never has he been treated so rough, by a dentist in his life! The dentist was very extremely un experience, could not figure out what tool to use. Broke his tooth off, then said to him, the tools she was using, was NO GOOD!, they needed to order a new one. You would think a dentist would in expect their iinstruments before they bring more pain to their patients. He feels part of his tooth was left in, he is in so much of pain! He looked on the tray after the damaged and only seen part of his tooth. I will NEVER recommend this place to NO ONE.
