She also completed an elite honors surgical program during dental school and has research honors for her work in TMJ disorders.

After college, Dr. Careswell joined a great practice in Lees Summit in 1998 and quickly became a partner in the same location she is in now. She has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education, mostly focusing on cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and facial esthetic procedures. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Careswell was recently featured on the Emmy award winning Netflix original series Queer Eye where she provided an emotional smile makeover for a very worthy recipient. Check out Season 3, Episode 3 Jones BBQ on Netflix to see her in action doing what she loves!

Dr. Careswell is married to Vinny and together they have two wonderful boys, Camden and Boston, and two dogs. She enjoys watching their sporting events, boating, skiing, photography, and working out every day.

Following dental school, Dr. Anderson was accepted and attended a one-year AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. During his residency, Dr. Anderson learned new skills and gained valuable experience in root canals, crowns, oral surgery, and esthetic dentistry.

After his residency, Dr. Anderson was permanently stationed at Fort Sill while completing his military commitment in the summer of 2019. During those four years, he had the privilege of serving Soldiers and helping to take care of their complex dental needs. Dr. Anderson worked with many patients that had never been to the dentist or were nervous about getting treatment.

Dr. Anderson has been married to his wife, Tiffany since 2017. She is also a dentist and from the Kansas City area. They welcomed a son, Chase in 2019 and have two dogs, Oscar and Riley, who they enjoy spending time with. Dr. Anderson also enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, watching sports, and cooking in his free time.

Following dental school, Dr. Teegarden worked in Sioux City, Iowa for one year focusing on pediatric dentistry. She then moved to Oklahoma with her husband, Dr. Jacob Anderson, for him to complete his military service with the US Army. During her five years in Oklahoma working for the Indian Health Service, Dr. Teegarden learned new skills and gained valuable experience in root canals, fixed and removable prosthodontics, oral surgery, and public health dentistry.

Dr. Teegarden has worked with many patients that have dental anxieties and fears or have been unable to see a dentist for many years. She takes pride in changing peoples attitude toward dentistry and changing their lives through proper oral health care.

Dr. Teegarden has been married to her husband, Dr. Anderson, since 2017. They welcomed their first child, Chase, in August 2020 and have two dogs, Oscar and Riley, who they enjoy spending time with. Dr. Teegarden also enjoys being outdoors, fishing, quilting and crafting in her free time.

Dr. Teegarden and her family are excited about returning home to the Kansas City metro area. She is especially excited to be involved in the community that she grew up in and combine her interests of art and medicine to obtain the best dental outcomes for her patients.

Dr. Careswell had my lower plate made for me, very expensive. One of the housings that snap on to the bar that has been implanted in my lower gum came out so I went in to get it replaced. She replaced it with a bigger housing so she had to drill deeper into my plate. I told her that when I put the denture back in it only snapped in place with the old housing. Needless to say the old housing piped out because the new housing wasn't snapped in so I had to go back to get another housing put in. In the middle of the plate is a hater bar and that needed to be replaced too. Again the new housing was drilled deeper into my denture and they didn't have a hater bar. Was told that they would order the hater bar and when it came in they would call and get me to put it in. She told me she would give me a discount on the hater bar and would go ahead and charge me on that visit. So I have paid for a hater bar and never received it. Had an appointment to get my bar cleaned today 2/25/2021 and drove 45 mile to the dentist office. I have a note from my doctor saying I have a medical reason not to wear a mask. I get to the dentist office 15 minutes early in case I need to do paperwork, checked in, used the restroom, came back and was told they would tell them I was there. I sat out in the lobby without a mask for over 15 minutes. A lady came out telling me I could not see the dentist without a mask. By time we were done talking and the time I sat before the woman came out to talk to me was around 20 minutes in the office lobby without a mask and they wouldn't walk me down a short 20 to 30 foot hallway to sit me in a chair and have the dentist work in my $10,000.00 lower denture that she had made for me. I don't know how they can work on people with a mask on their face. This dentist is over priced and she has now messed my lower denture up so it doesn't snap into place and stay there because she drilled the housings in too deep that the implanted bar won't even reach the housing to snap into place. I live on a fixed income, and paying $10,000.00 for my plate that was supposed to last me a lifetime, now I need to have it fixed and that won't be cheep all because she messed up my lower denture. I would not send anyone to her!

Dr. Careswell is amazing! I had 2 crowns done and I was very anxious about getting them done. My main concern was having pain during the procedure. Honestly I had no pain. The shots didn't hurt, the entire procedure was pain free. I loved being able to get my crowns the same day and the extra time Dr. Careswell took to get the color of my crowns just right. She's the BEST!

I have been seeing dr. Holly Careswell for many years now and they have always done excellent work and been very sincere. Sunday afternoon I had a bike accident, I went over my handlebars face 1st and broke 2 teeth. 1st thing Monday morning I was in the chair getting my teeth repaired, by 930 I couldn't even tell that I had ever broke my teeth. They did such fantastic work. I am very grateful for their speedy and courteous service. Thank you again!!!!

I would like to give Dr. Jake Anderson a standing ovation for his skills as a dentist. My husband had an emergency with his tooth and was in a lot of pain. We called Dr. Anderson's office and they got him the same day. Keep in mind we are new to this office, but they worked us in. Dr. Anderson was very attentive and gentle. He completely understood the pain level and went to work fast. I cannot say enough good stuff about Dr Anderson and his staff. They were all very personable and attentive. Dr Anderson even called my husband the next day to make sure he was feeling ok and if he had any other questions. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of my husband.
