I had a great experience at Carepoint. I had 6 root canals done in two separate visits. The whole staff was very friendly and Dr.Haybarger is friendly, funny and excellent at his work. I felt very comfortable. Had very little to no pain. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience at Carepoint Endodontics today was beyond exceptional. I was very nervous about getting a root canal. From the moment that I walked in I felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and they all wore masks, ensuring that covid protocols were in place. Dr. Haybarger's assistant gently took my X-rays and put on just the right music to help me relax. Dr Haybarger answered all my questions prior to starting my procedure. His calm and steady nature eased my nerves and made my fears lessen considerably. (It's quite amazing what he does-an art-of sorts) I highly recommend Carepoint Endodontics. Cynthia Walker .

This office is nothing but GREAT!! I was treated so well from the front desk to the assistants and the dentists. If you have any worry to get this treatment done, they will definitely assure you the best experience. 10/5 stars for sure!! Definitely recommend!

After an awful experience with a different dentist a few years ago I was traumatized. I was referred by my new dentist to see Dr. Haybarger for a root canal. Dr. Haybarger and his assistant made me comfortable and the experience was good. Excellent doctor!

Went in for an exam and X-ray to determine if a root canal was needed. I was told the price would be $100 up front for my estimated portion. I called the day or at least a couple of days before to confirm as I usually do to have the correct payment on hand and she confirmed it would be $100 out of pocket and the appointment was confirmed. Upon completion of the exam and x-rays the receptionist tells me I have to pay the full price which was $220 just in case insurance doesn't cover the estimated price. As livid as I was this would not have been a problem had I been told this is how they would handle the matter because I'm positive they knew they'd ask for the full amount. I specifically asked how much I needed to bring only to be hit with and extra $120 bill, more than double what I was told. Now this was June 15th as of now September 2nd I have still NOT been credited my overpayment because insurance did cover some of the expenses as they normally do. I've called them at least each week and was I was told it takes around 2 weeks at most. Here I am going on 2 months later unpaid while they have been overpaid and paid twice essentially by myself and my insurance. If by chance you still decide to visit ask them your total and not your estimated expenses and expect to be asked to pay the entire amount and then wait weeks or in my case months for them to send you a check. 0/5 stars

professional and friendly from the staff to hygienist to the Doc! My root camel was Done in 45 minutes and went very well. I felt I was in good hands the whole time and will definitely go back if I need another root canal!

The Dr and his assistant were awesome. They were super explanatory to what they were doing. I was anxious about having shots in my mouth for the root canal but they both made me feel at ease.

All staff was kind and quick. The doctor was the same. Kind, made sure i wasn't in any pain and quick. I had a root canal done. I had no pain during the procedure and no pain after the procedure. Currently I'm 24hrs post root canal and haven't had any pain medication in about 15hrs. I didn't even really need the ibuprofen/Tylenol that I used after the procedure but I wanted to make sure I stayed on top of any pain. But I honestly really didn't even need it. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great service. Great friendly people. Fast. In and out in minimal time for a root canal. Modern equipment to verify the situation and afterwards to check the success of the procedure. Dr. Haybarger is the best! Highest recommendation.
