Cheri moved to Carefree in 1968 and has been our office manager since 1980! She enjoys hiking in our beautiful desert, golfing and playing tennis but most of all, spending time with her children and five grandchildren.
Hello, my name is Cyndi and I am the Front office patient coordinator at Carefree Dentists. I have been in the dental/medical field for many years. I love to make people smile! Not just on the outside, but the inside, too. I am a people person and love the fact that every day I go to work, I get to interact with someone new.
What holds my heart the most is my family and friends. I cant think of anything more satisfying than making memories to have for a life time. Words I try to live by make the best of the life you havebe happy.
Jackie has been a hygienist since 1992. She joined Carefree Dentists in 2002, which she considers her second home. Her favorite part of her profession is interacting with and getting to know her patients as well as helping them with their dental health.
Lisa has been in the dental field since high school and has been assisting at Carefree Dentists since 2014. When not providing great care to our patients, she enjoys travelling internationally, photography and competing nationally with her dogs in agility competitions. She and her dog, Annika, won the National Championships in 2012!
Marys passion for helping people led her to a medical career in 2001 at the age of 16. With a desire to continually improve, she challenges herself both professionally and in her personal life. Quality and attention to detail are of utmost importance in her patient care. Outside of work, a long list of hobbies are shared with her husband ranging from mild mannered board games and cosplay to exciting outdoor adventures such as scuba diving and kayaking.
Tracey has been a hygienist since 1987 and first began working for Carefree Dentists in 1988! She enjoys working with children and since 1998 has volunteered her time teaching oral hygiene to children all over Maricopa County.
There are multiple dental specialists that we believe can provide the optimum positive outcome. These services are best offered when we work as a team to coordinate treatment. The general dentist acts as a leader of the team. Some of these services include:
Implants: Periodontist and Oral Surgeons provide dental implants to support new teeth when dental problems lead to tooth loss. This can be replacing a single tooth or, eliminating the need for dentures as in All- on-4 or Teeth in a Day.
Dr. Elysa Daniels has been practicing dentistry in Carefree since 1985.Her multi-disciplined background has led her to a love of dentistry and gentle, quality patient care, focusing especially on individual needs and prevention.
Dr. Daniels graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in zoology/biology. After working for two years in cancer research at the National Institutes of Health near Washington D.C., she returned to school at the University of Maryland at Baltimore College of Dental Surgery graduating in 1984. She continued her training at the top rated University of Texas Health Science Center Hospital Dental Residency program at San Antonio. This general practice residency focused on treating patients with complex medical conditions and advanced dental restorative problems.
She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and proudly earned her Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. In addition to her regular attendance at multiple study clubs, she is a graduate of the Pankey Institute and Spear Education, and a member of the American Dental Associations, Arizona Dental Associations, and Central Arizona Dental Societies.
From simple bleaching to complex implant cases,Dr. Daniels brings great skill and technological expertise to the field of cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry, resulting in dramatic and impressive results for her patients.
Dr. Daniels has been active in the community as a member of Soroptimist International of Saguaro Foothills, the Desert Foothills Land Trust and the Carefree/Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Ed Fedoruk, have been married since 1998 and enjoy scuba diving, traveling and cooking. You may also see her hiking the local trails.

The entire staff at Carefree Dentists is outstanding! Dr. Olson practices state of the art dentistry, is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and kind. Tracey is a superb hygienist and a truly delightful person. Cyndi, at the front desk is an absolute delight and the epitome of efficiency. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this excellent dental practice and it is without hesitation that I HIGHLY recommend Carefree Dentists.

Everyone is so nice here. Cyndi at the front desk is awesome. Jackie is an absolute pro with cleanings, and Dr. Bischoff was great with my exam. Will definitely be coming back!

This office has ALL the best people! I've had my teeth whitening, teeth cleaned, and a crown. Every person that has worked, on my mouth, did fabulous job!! I have no complaints and I am extremely hard to please. I highly recommend this office!!!! Cindy is the best front desk person ever she's! Thank you guys, Lisa Roman!

This must be the best dental practice in Arizona because their employees are always happy and eager to make your visit the best in whatever way they can. It's starts the second you open the door and Cyndi greets you with her brilliant smile and welcomes you by name! Each and every employee I've met is genuinely pleasant and caring. I see Dr. Olson, who I think very highly of and, having spent a decade working in the dental field, I feel competent to evaluate his chair side manner and in-depth technical knowledge. However, the most important reason I think so highly of him is his genuine concern for my comfort and understanding of whatever procedure is going to take place along with options for me to consider! He is personable and gentle and I couldn't be happier. The office staff are all kind, knowledgeable and patient centered. I've been introduced to Dr. Daniels briefly and heard her explaining treatment to a patient in the same knowledgeable, patient way Dr. Olson does. I highly recommend going to the office for all your dental needs!

Kudos and Attaboys to Dr. Olsen and the entire team at Carefree Dentists. These are trying times, what with the risks and necessary practices to minimize the proliferation of COVID-19, so, when a tooth recently broke, requiring a surgical extraction of the remaining portion of root, I was less than confident about finding a dentist able to perform the procedure in a timely manner. That said, Carefree Dentists made time available within a couple of hours of my initial call. Dr. Olson was personable and attentive, discussing several sensible options to treatment. Thanks to his skills and delicate touch, I was on my way within 40 minutes, the task complete to my greatest satisfaction. The care was exemplary, the cost was entirely reasonable, and the safety protocols were on full display throughout. I have nothing but kind words for this dental practice.

Today at Carefree Dentists was the best dental experience I've ever had! I had a cracked crown with decay under it, and the whole procedure was totally painless! I'm so thankful a friend recommended Dr Daniels. Her assistant, Mary, was also excellent.

Dr. Olsen Saves the Day!!!! I was on vacation from Santa Monica when one of my implants became loose. I called Carefree Dentists since it was close to the resort I was staying at. They fit me in right away and within thirty minutes Dr. Olsen fixed the problem and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip, especially the meals. Thanks Carefree Dentists...

First visit, and it won't be my last. Dr. Olson was extremely thorough, outspokenly honest, kind, gentle, and efficient. These qualities are so difficult to find these days. I think he's a keeper. Jackie, my hygienist, was super efficient and had the very same qualities. She's a keeper, also. The entire staff is like this. I think I've found my new dental office. HOORAY!!!
