First of all I never got to visit Care Dental First, because my appointment was at 11:00, at 1055 I called to let them know I was running a little late and that my GPS said I was about 5 minutes out at which time I was told that she need to speak to the doctor and was placed on hold. She then come back to the phone and told me that they were going to have to cancel my appointment (not because I was running late) because something in the office was broke. Then she proceeded to tell me that she could make me another appointment for a while month later. I asked her why someone had not reached out to me before I called them to inform me of this because I live an hour and 15 away. When just yesterday someone called me three(3) times to confirm my appointment. I really think that was very unprofessional. At this time I have not make another appointment because I will be looking for another dentist.

My visit with dental first was always excellent never had a problem with the workers they always assist me on time Dr Morrison is an excellent doctor and I enjoy his work thank you

Jessica, Fouad and the help desk attendants were professional and friendly, took extra mile and Jessica helped working on my teeth same day before taking her break, instead having only X-ray done same day and working on my teeth next appointment, since they only open Monday and Wednesday and they have appointments for others and it is not easy to get appointments except a month out which is understandable, Thanks to Allah everything went great. And being polite is the key, I was supposed to leave and come back after their break I just asked the person name and thanked them immediately they said wait let's get your teeth worked on now. I missed their voicemail to cancel the appointment for this day and the extra mile they still took me I guess it depends on how busy they are at that moment, thank you all. I did not lose the day I took off from work. Thanks to Allah

I waited a month or more for the first appointment and was called being told they needed to reschedule my appointment. Ok so I rescheduled even though it was another month or more out. The day before the rescheduled appointment someone called saying once again they needed to reschedule. As well saying they seen I was scheduled for a 7pm appointment. Why would I have a 7pm dentist appointment lol I didn't even know they were open at that time. So I was like I'm not going to reschedule again. After being hung up on and when I called back they let me know the office manager will give me a call that day. It is now two days later and still haven't heard from them. That person also mentioned the same staff work at more than one office. I need to attend a dentist appointment not play a rescheduling game lol. Such a inconvenience, So I will be looking to schedule with another dentist place.

I wanted to offer 0 stars, but the system would not allow me to post without adding 1 star. I am so very disappointed. We completed our appointment scheduling a month ago, arrived 24 minutes early, and 45 minutes post our scheduled appointment, we were told that the dentist could not fit us in today. Sadly, this was the 2nd time that this has occurred to my family within 1 month. As of today, we have switched to another dentist. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I was very disappointed I tried to talk to the dentist about my teeth he told me if he did what I wanted it will only come out he rushed through my conversation with him then the nurse came in to take x-rays of my teeth after that she took me back to the chair to clean my teeth but before she started the doctor called her in the hallway and told her not to clean my teeth because I took up to much time smh I've never been kicked out of a doctor office for taking to much time WHAT that really bothered me I still don't understand that one oh and the waiting had a whole 1 person waiting smh

I have no complaints. Dr. Morrison is a quite nice, informative, good dentist. His staff treated me well. They cared about my teeth. Cleaned , polished and told me , that Im doing good with my teeth. Found little decay in an area that bothers me sometimes. Great visit. Answered questions, I had and made suggestions for more better care. I would remind to others. They listen.

It was great! The people were super friendly, and informative from the start. They were concerned with my needs and preferences. Like a breath of fresh air for me from my experiences over the last year trying to get my dental needs addressed. Fully recommend this practice!

The staff is amazing here, Jessica is so kind, she's been with me through the whole process of getting my dentures, she's helped me pick colors shapes, she's made sure I did this right. I can't wait for the final process.

I was a new patient, and had an appointment 5/2/22. When I didn't get an automated call reminding me of my upcoming appointment a day or 2 prior I should have known what I was in for. Long story short, made an appointment over a month ago for a root canal. Take off work, get to this establishment, sign in. Sit for an hour waiting. Get called up only to be told they were going to have to reschedule. They hand me a card with the date of MORE than a MONTH out, after I just waited more than a month for this appointment. Needless to say internally I was outraged. So while I can't speak on the dental experience because I never saw the dentist the overall dysfunction and the wildly unorganized and unprofessional envirnment of this establishment left much to be desired. There is a ZERO percent chance I will be returning, too many red flags for a new patient to ignore. The lady at the reception desk was very nice though, and I sincerly felt badly for her. Clealry so much of this is beyond her control and it was written all over her face. She should also take her talents elsewhere.
