Dr. Mac Welikala found his passion for general and cosmetic dentistry while attending Boston Universitys School of Dental Medicine. He graduated in 2001 and moved back home to Moorpark to start his career. Prior to studying Dentistry, his passion was biochemistry at California State University, Northridge. Dr. Welikala has been serving patients in the Moorpark, Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks areas. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Ventura Dental Society.

I've been going to Dr. Welikala for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in the County. Everyone in his office, assistants, office personnel and himself are extremely friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I visited Dr Welikala today. This was not just the first time I saw him. It is the first time I have seen a dentist (professionally) in my life. He & his assistant were extremely friendly & courteous. The examination was quick, professional, and thorough. I required nothing more than an antibiotic for a gum infection. But his way of handling things was extremely reassuring! I will definitely see him again, the next time I need a dentist.

Horrible service! the girls that work in the front are so rude, they have bad attitudes! They definitely need to hire some new employees that have better attitudes and are more caring and understanding

I like this place is clean have a nice costumer service some times we had to wait for a very long 30 to 35 minutes until our turn and several times they had canceled our appointments in the other hand I had to say that the new doctors they are so much nicer. So I guess it's a pay off.

My kids love going to the dentist! I have always felt this office is efficient, thorough, and kind. All the staff are friendly and great with my kids, plus they get us in and out super quickly.

Dr. Mac and the staff at Care were amazing! I'm not a dentist person, I procrastinated until I was in dire need of relief. When I went in I was in excruciating pain, with an infection and Dr. Mac made moved his schedule around to make sure he could take out 2 teeth that had to go, and he did a really fantastic job. Relief like that is worth 5 stars without a doubt! Thank you Care Dental

Horrible! Not only did I have to wait a long time to get my teeth cleaned, but I have not been called with my estimate to get my teeth fix. The front office girl(office manager)extremely rude. She should consider taking some customer service training. Even when I call to ask questions, I always get an attitude from her. My husband has had the same experience. We are now switching dentist due to this issue. My time is as important as theirs and they seem not to care.
